that’s actually such an interesting way to look at it. to go even further, i find it so interesting how jessica’s stories really centered on her struggle to get along with others because she inherently put off most people, and yet here’s nekra who is immediately hit with comfort and loving just by looking at her (which of course is still off putting to nekra, but she still uniquely makes nekra feel loved.)

theres also something in the way that jess insists on making sure nekra will be okay after their confrontation despite the sudden attempt on her life
