Fleabag is making me think so much about the role 4H/8H/12H placements often end up having within their own family aka the black sheep but also the one everyone expects to miraculously save them and resolve the worst issues and heal family traumas while also rejecting them for it.

They're the only ones capable - also because they've been forced to do so tho - of bearing the weight of actually being ready to change things by addressing what's wrong but while others are subconsciously grateful for them to do so, these natives also are an easy target in their family because of it aka they've become the scapegoat as it's easier for others to treat them like this than to recognize all the internal dysfunctions they've helped to create and maintain.

4H/8H/12H placements know that even if it's painful, it will free themselves and potentially everyone else around to speak about the most difficult topics, to end some stigmas and taboos that have been going for too long within the family.

It's hard though and that's why their own blood and community often resent them for it: they think these natives are troublemakers that just want to attract attention, that just want to ruin everything (just like Claire's husband is seeing Fleabag btw) because remember how it's always better for toxic people and abusers to make sure that things don't change so they can go on with their bad actions and bad treatments of everyone around.

Because speech, just like writing, is freeing: that's how you'll get to make sense (or at least try to) of what's happening in your head, you'll give tangible forms to your thoughts and feelings, that's how you can explain yourself to others - which is also why abusers are so against it and try to control their environment by constantly distorting the truth through lies, gaslighting and such.

Anytime Fleabag is saying something her family doesn't want to hear - because they're not ready and they don't want her to disturb their fragile balance (even if it's an unhealthy one, they're like 'it has worked like this so far, stop trying to change it!!') - they're literally rejecting her and making her feel like she's such a mess, a trash person and almost like she shouldn't even exist, even actually trying to erase her impact by acting like she doesn't matter - it's unfair and that's often what happens to 4H/8H/12H placements because they dared say out loud what was supposed to be kept silent, to be kept a secret.

Capricorn is the reality check after the optimism of Sagittarius.

After the wild, childlike optimism of Sagittarius ♐, it's time to get real. With the Moon in Capricorn ♑, we are checking in with ourselves. It's so hard to live wild & free & also be in touch with your material reality, but the coldness of Capricorn & the Moon being in detriment is perfect for this.

Dreams are nothing without setting structures in place to achieve them. Earth signs allow us to do this, & Capricorn especially allows us foresight to build up long lasting structures that give us the ability to make mistakes, & be human, while also being supported by our underlying structures.

I often recommend doing something that has been on your mind, putting it off - the Moon in Capricorn gives you the ability to push down those feelings & unease about starting a project, or doing chores that need to be done, & recognize that what needs to be done is sometimes non-negotiable, & your life will be better once it's done.

Sagittarius is the playful, optimistic ecstasy after the depths of Scorpio.

The Moon in Sagittarius brings forth a tendency to want playful banter, to explore, & to find inspiration among the mundane aspects of our lives. To lose ourselves in concepts other than the ones we usually reside in. Expansion beyond our current confines.

After the river of emotion we experience with Scorpio ♏, Sagittarius is optimistic, inspirational, & gives us a yearning to try something new. If you have a restless feeling after being locked in place by emotion during the Scorpio Moon, this is a great time to follow that restless feeling & try something, anything, new. I personally love having a list of things I would like to try, & I find myself returning to it when the Moon shifts into Sag.

This Sagittarius Moon will square Saturn in Pisces, & oppose Jupiter in Gemini. Jupiter in Gemini might compel you to feel a tension between the need to be trendy & Sagittarius's need to be messy. Sag doesn't necessarily care about the opinions of other people, whereas that's the majority of what Gemini cares about.

This is going to form a massive square in the sky, creating tension between Saturn, Jupiter, Mercury, & the Moon. All of those dimensions of your life will pull at the seams, forcing you to shift & make decisions about conflicting interests that have been bubbling to the surface.

The Moon is in Scorpio ♏🦂

Mutual Reception w/ Mars in Cancer ♋🦀

Where the Scorpio Moon feels like a fixation on feeling deep, transformative feelings, the mutual reception with Mars might balance that need for depth. This will allow us to better feel these deep wounds & integrate them into ourselves without getting lost in it.

The deep, flowing river of emotion is constant with the Moon in Scorpio. There is a need to find the core, the origin of our hurt, our pain, & transform it. This will be a transformative one, especially with the Sun in Virgo providing a practicality to our feelings - a supportive sextile.

Check which house Scorpio falls in. Are there deep feelings that have not yet been uncovered that need to be acknowledged? Let them flow. The Moon provides us with a tendency, let that tendency take hold.

Eclipse season has truly snuck up on me. The next eclipse is Tuesday, September 17th at 7:45pm. This is what it looks like:

I usually describe eclipses as something that has been building since the last eclipse, but will finally reveal itself during eclipse season. Like screaming into the void when the void finally responds. It's a moment of clarity where you finally realize where you've been putting your energy, & the places that you'll be rewarded.

Be sure to check which houses the eclipse falls under to know where this energy will be concentrated.

There are two things that stick out to me about this chart:

- The sole dispositor, or rather the central planet in the theme of this first eclipse, is Mercury. For people with heavy Mercury energy, this will be a BIG & eventful eclipse for you. The theme is communications, learning, & taking practical steps toward your dreams & goals. With it being a full Moon, I would presume that it could reveal the impracticality of your dreams, or you could be taking big, practical steps toward them. With Saturn in Pisces I would probably lean toward the former.

- The concentration of Pisces ♓ energy is gonna be felt very acutely. With Neptune & Saturn co-present, we might get some hard reality checks about our idealism that might shake our faith. This is also in a square to Jupiter, which rules optimism & faith. We might feel like we're not doing enough to achieve our bigger life dreams, & some real material barriers might reveal themselves to us. It's up to us to understand them & how, just like the water of Pisces, to find the cracks & crevices, dissolving material barriers & reforming them to change our own realities.

I do think that there will be some reality checks in our rhetoric & idealism which will ultimately force us to be more practical, but practicality does not necessarily mean that we have settled. It just means we need to spend some time working on our foundations.

Having a debilitated Moon is like knowing you *should* be feeling some type of way in a certain situation, but never quite being able to fully embody it. Or on the other hand, when feeling something, the debilitation pulls you away from what you should be feeling.

The Moon is in fall in Scorpio ♏. Where the Moon wants to feel & move on, Scorpio wants to dwell in it. It wants to problem solve, to move toward a solution, whereas the Moon is not about finding a solution. It's about experiencing. Scorpio wants to take these experiences, these crises, & transform them into a strength. Scorpio almost wants crisis, needs it in order to thrive.

The Moon is in detriment in Capricorn ♑. This is a similar problem but in a different way. The coldness & the dryness of Saturn removes the emotion from the situation, making it easy to push your emotions down so that you can get through it. But it doesn't allow you to feel. The cautiousness of Saturn pulls people away from living & fully experiencing things.

Feelings, the body, the Moon, are so important. While the problem solving of the problems the Moon faces is important, it is also easy to ignore the feeling & instead learn not to listen to your body.

You know what I hate? Non bite-sized crackers. If you have to bite into a cracker, it's expected that there will be crumbs. Those crumbs should exist in your mouth!! Not anywhere they fall. It also frustrates me that large crackers are served in places where it's inconvenient for finger foods, like standing events. Then I have to awkwardly hold my paper plate below my mouth as I make this deafening crunch in the middle of someone talking to me. Sometimes they'll even pause while I do it. If you get crackers for an event, make them bite sized!!!
