Beechwood lunatic asylum

Beechwood lunatic asylum, Beechwood, Victoria. Beechwood asylum was one of the most harden asylum in the 1800's. Many people were forced to the asylum, many were just different with no mental illness. This hospital dates back to 1867 and was the forth of such hospitals built in Victoria. This makes it one of the oldest. It closed in 1995 after 128 years of service. This was a place that you didn't want to find yourself in. The hospital was known for electric shock treatments. Also they were submitted to treatments such as restraint bags, strapped chairs and is a isolation cages. It's believed that many thousands of people died here due to these treatments and neglect. And due to this it's believed to be one of the most haunted buildings in Australia and is up the list of one of the most haunted in the world. The most witnessed apparition is that of matron shape who most most of her life here. She has been seen in many parts of the hospital. Reaction hall, where the patients could come and sing and play music on Sundays, is said to have two ghosts. A young girl and a elderly man. The young girl tries to communicate desperately to female. And the elderly man is often seen in the Windows of where the bell tower used to be. A ghost of a well liked patient named Tommy Kennedy died in the kitchen where he worked. This is where people have felt someone tugging them and poking in the ribs. The most interesting is that of a young girl being caught on video sitting in the darkness. The video was caught by paranormal experts. It was caught in the most infamous ward in hospital where electric shock treatments and strait jackets were used. See photo below. Other reports include a hooded figure in 1800 dress who appears and disappears. A man in the celler that appears out of nowhere. Doors that swing open by themselves. Lights that turn on by themselves. The sound of children laughing and playing.

Haunted Sydney, Australia

Macquarie fields railway station

Located on the main south line. Macquarie fields railway station is home to some pretty weird going ons.

Commuters have reported that late at night you can hear moans and groans that become louder and louder until they reach a blood chilling cry.

Commuters have also reported that they have seen a teenage girl that has been seen sitting on tracks. She is dressed in dance clothes that looks like it's covered in blood.

Also this apparition is said to sit in the middle of the station and stares and cries.

The apparition is believed to be the ghost of a teenage girl named Emily gengeson.

In a article published on July 11,1906 reports that she was hit by a train while working home across the tracks.

Asquith railway station

Another station that is reportedly haunted is on the other side of the city on the northern line.

People have reported creepy yelling and sightings. Also there is a sounds of school bells. The sounds of yelling is believed to be a school boy who was killed by being pushed in front of a train.

The street with no name

The street with no name is a small area that runs along the light rail line. It also gives access to jublee park.

This area is also surrounded with a dark past. A number of unspeakable and unsolved crimes committed.

It's said that this area brings out weird behaviour in kids and animals.

Late night visitors have also reported eerie happenings, strange footsteps, weird sounds and sudden temperature changes are common.

Manly quarantine station

Manly quarantine station, also known as north head Q station, was opened in 1828.

It was around this time that disease ridden boats were arriving from all around the world. The main purpose of the station was to stop the spread of smallpox and Spanish influzia.

By the time that it closed in 1984 over 600 people died and it's believed that they never left.

Visitors have reported cold spots, strange lights, unpleasant feelings and the apparitions of nurses.

However, the most known.apparition is that of a young girl in a red dress and blond platted hair. She is known to tug on people's sleeves and takes them by the hand and leads them around. She has also known to hide before bushes.

There's also reports of the sound of pots and pans and the unexplained smells such as lemon and potatoes.

Red bank range railway tunnel, piction

This unused tunnel used to be the main railway link and between Sydney and Melbourne. It's been closed to railway traffic for over 100 years.

It's believed that many spirits haunted this tunnel. But the most known is that of Emily bolland who was hit by a train while walking in the tunnel in 1916. Many people have reported seeing her.

Other people have reported weird lights, felt gusts of wind, phantom train horns, unexplained music. Also apparitions have been seen in photos

I feel like a lot of people don’t want to ask questions they have about gender/sexuality to LGBT people because they don’t want to offend them because we talk about cishet people asking stupid or intrusive questions a lot
