Sorry ive been inactive but good news is i didn't stress eat last night even though I wanted to I just drank a sports drink and focused on my animals I'm so glad I didn't stress eat but I'm menstruating so I need to lose more weight i haven't weighted myself for a while because I haven't had the energy too but I'm going to try to weight myself tomorrow morning

Broke my fast today didn't feel well and needed something to help me not get into trouble with my mum we went to the vets today and I didn't eat anything before going out so she asked me what was I going to have so I got a Toastie from costa and an oat milk hot chocolate. Ugh feel gross going to take laxatives later
