Find clarity in the chaos. Take a breath, reset, and go at it again. Replacing my default emotion(frustration) with curiosity has really shifted both my outlook and practice. Don’t get me wrong, I still get frustrated (I’m inherently a “hot head”) but now when I do, I ask myself “why”. That’s helped me unpack a lot, which has ultimately led me to growth.
