When thinking of what to do for my 40th birthday earlier this year, I thought “Why not take a trip to Chicago?” It’ had been nine years since my first visit there in 2011, and I really enjoyed what I saw of the city (when I wasn’t melting under the sun at Pitchfork Festival).
