Motor Vehicle Accident : Do you settle or take it to small claims or court?
<h1>Car accident June 23,2014</h1>
Been getting treatment and treatments for Chiropractic has ended through Section B through our side of the insurance. I have called the other party and asked if they are going to cover any more expenses since we aren't healed up yet, since we need more treatments due to the whiplash and what our body has sustained during the accident.
Now their side asked if we wanted to settle since our treatments were done, but I said no.
What should I do now?
Do I go to small claims since 4700$ for settlement is pretty low given the fact that me and my girlfriend are still not 100%
We may not even get 4700 but way less than that.
Now my girlfriends that doesnt want to settle .
He is a para legal and he says to get a hard copy of our results at the chiropactor.
What else should we do?
Anyone ever been in this situation?

So Ive been playing #squash lately , So I have used it to #warmup my #fullbody . Since I have to use my #wholearm , #legs , #shoulders #back #wrists basically the whole deal. It really gets your blood moving, #Heartrate #BPM all the way up in 5 minutes, smashing that ball against the wall and running around.
