EDUCATION IS THE KEY. Are you familiar with the phrase: ā€œThe older you get, the wiser you areā€? We go through kindergarten to learn how to write our names, through grade school to learn how to do math and read, through high school to learn complicated math and science and through college to learn how to focus on one thing and be good at it to be able to use it as a profession. Maybe even go through Graduate school to master that profession. But look at this, everyday of our lives, we learn something new.Ā
But what happens after school? Do you stop learning? Did you learn something new this week? Did you read a book for the past month?Ā
One advice: Invest in yourself. My parents would tell me that education is the best investment and heirloom they can pass on to us, their children and itā€™s something nobody can take away from you.Ā
101 Financial offers 1 on 1 education on how to manage and organize your finances, build your credit score, eliminate wealth and manage wealth. We donā€™t just teach you how to tackle debt but we also teach you how to be good at it and eventually build and manage debt.Ā
Now, you have the information. What are you gonna do about it? Itā€™s one thing to know but itā€™s another thing to take action. Keep learning and keep moving forward. Itā€™s not too late, dear.

When searching for directions on your GPS, the first thing you put is your location. Same thing with real life, you canā€™t start or do something, without starting somewhere. The first step in to finding a solution is acknowledging you have a problem. Let me tell you a secret. Everyone needs help no matter what.Ā
Acknowledging thereā€™s a problem can help with motivation. Debt is debt and we know it can be overwhelming. Yes you may have everything under control, you have a car, you pay your bills on time, you have a house with a mortgage. But itā€™s still a debt. How cool would it be to live in a world without debt, where you donā€™t have to pay any monthly payments other than your living expenses? How awesome would it be to use those monthly payments to go on your dream vacations or invest on more assets that can give you income?
That is not impossible if you just take the first step: Acknowledgement.Ā
And get that financial education we didnā€™t get from school. Get solutions. Schedule a private meeting with me for free and letā€™s talk.Ā

Stop staring at my legs, I wear pants everyday okay... šŸ˜‚šŸ™„ anyway, I tried something new on my last trip. Something I wouldnā€™t even dare do before or never in my wildest dream to go down a mountain, on a tub and not knowing where to go or whatā€™s below me but to trust other people on what to do. I was scared at first but as we went through tunnel after tunnel, I felt relieved because someone was guiding us
Iā€™m a person with a plan. I like to plan, my month, my week, even my days off I plan what I do. Iā€™m lost without my calendar. And 101 was the best decision I ever made that made me take control of my finances. Finances was never taught in school. And with 101, they helped me take control of something I thought I had under control. Money. After enrolling, I was able to plan my goals, create more plans and I know whatā€™s ahead of me before it even happens.
Itā€™s funny how life can throw curveballs without us even knowing that itā€™s there, but all you need is a guide to show you how to get at the end of the mountain, or your goals šŸ˜‰ And hey, if a guide is whatā€™s gonna get you through life, find one. Asking for help doesnā€™t make you look weak, but it makes you stronger. Two brains are powerful than one. Now, how can I help you?

Can you imagine me reading this out loud? šŸ˜‚ anyway, hereā€™s my 101 story!
ā€œMy biggest challenge prior to enrolling was I had a hard time getting my finances organized and I tend to over spend and I had a habit of maxing out my credit cards since I'll just pay them off sooner or later (and of course that never happened), so I built debt over time. I had so much pride and I wanted to be independent so I never asked anybody for help even from my parents and it made me feel stressed and overwhelmed. After enrolling to the 99 class, just with the first class, I was able to organize my finances and build a reasonable budget that still supported my lifestyle. Upon graduating to the 101 class, I was able to pay off all my credit cards and paid off my car loan in full, so a total of almost $40,000 worth of debt within 9 months. It would have been faster but I went on my dream vacation with my boyfriend to Disneyland, Universal Studios and Vegas! Life started after 101 Financial so for those who are still thinking about enrolling, just do it or you'll be like us who regrets not jumping on board as soon as we learned about it.
Did I mention that I was only 24 years old when I accomplished those goals?
Debt or no debt, we can help. I thought all along I was doing well and that I knew what I was doing. I wanted to be independent and proud yet I learned that even if you know a lot, there will always be room for more knowledge. Just for $199, I was able to accomplish a lot. I suggest you better get on board! If you can spend $10 a day for your lunch for a month, you can spend $199 on tuition to get started on the best decision of your life.

"My biggest challenge prior to enrolling was splitting up my pay check to pay my credit cards, loan, car lease payment and rent. It made me feel stressed and irritated. After enrolling, my life, my journey in life, my goals, basically everything changed. 101 has taught me how to budget and plan ahead with goals to accomplish. For someone thinking about enrolling, I would tell that person "DO IT!". I paid of $14,000 in credit card debt in 3 months, paid off my remaining car lease and to top it off , made a down payment for a 2019 4Runner. It's been amazing!" -Adrienne (101 Financial student since January 2019)
Happy weekend everyone! Did you pay off something or did you buy something big this weekend? šŸ™‹šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø I can help you live that life you deserve.

How much are you paying for you cable service? How often do you watch TV? Sometimes, we donā€™t know that weā€™re paying extra for our services that we donā€™t even use. Yes, Internet is a must nowadays but do you really need 300+ channels?
Stop and take a look at your bill. What are the perks of your cable service? High speed Internet? Premium channels? Extra 300+ channels that you donā€™t even watch? Landline that you donā€™t even use? Check out the deals within your area. Sometimes they have bundles that are cheaper. Or you may want to do ala carte.
Donā€™t settle and pay for services that you donā€™t use. Learn how to leverage your money and be creative on ways how to increase your cash flow. Call your cable provider or you may want to research on other providers if you think youā€™re paying too much.
For more cash flow tips, letā€™s schedule a 1 on 1 meeting. Message, text, call, email me. šŸ˜Š

We had our car insurance for years. Got into a few accidents that increased our policy. Then just recently, while I was helping my mom with her 101 system, I tried shopping around and comparing car insurance.
Car insurance is important. In the family plan, my car insurance was $130/mo. My mom even tried lowering the policy claims from $300k to $100k and it dropped to $110/mo. Then I tried applying on my own. Guess how much I got my car insurance... a premium one at $300k with deductibles and roadside assistance and everything included... $85/month... saving $540 a year! (Thatā€™s a car payment... šŸ¤·šŸ»).
Learn how to leverage your money. Youā€™re giving them your money. Make sure that theyā€™re giving you the best worth for your money. Know that are choices that would want your business.
P.S. Iā€™m with the same car insurance company... all I did was be curious and it all started with a phrase.. What if...šŸ˜‰
Go and look at your policy and ask yourself ā€œAm I getting my moneyā€™s worth?ā€

Where do you see yourself in 3 months? In 1 year? 5 years? 10 years? 20 years? 30 years? Whatā€™s your plan? Do you even have a plan for those 3 months? This week, list your three goals that you want to accomplish within this year. How do you plan to achieve those goals? Maybe itā€™s time to start planning and stop setting aside goals.
Ask yourself this, if today is my last day on earth, will the people I leave be happy with what I left them with? Are they willing to continue the mark you are leaving them in this world? Or how about this, will your kids fight over a house filled with debt?
101 Financial students will always have their 3 months planned out maybe even up to a year. Goals are lined up to 5 years and more. Why? Because weā€™re financially educated. With the tools we have we can see what will happen in the future and prepare for it before it even happens.
Iā€™m here to help you plan every step of the way. Still have questions? Sit with me and Iā€™ll try to answer as much and let me tell you what we can do with you.

Every pay day, 50% of that goes to your bills like rent/mortgage, credit card bills, electric, phone, water, etc.. while the other 50% is divided to your daily living expenses like groceries, gas, eating out and some may have a good portion of that 50% that goes to savings. Some may keep at least $100 to go automatically on another checking account to save either for a rainy day, down payment, or retirement.
That was my life prior to 101. I may not have a mortgage but that was how I banked. Life with 101 is so much easier, I pay all my bills on time, I get to do more things with my family and do things I like doing and spend less worrying about money and savings which I get to do both at the same time.
Thereā€™s a way out of this cycle and itā€™s through financial education and all you have to do is reach out. Weā€™re here to help no matter what situation you have. Debt or no debt. Hey, if you donā€™t have any debt, youā€™re one step ahead of most students! We can help you grow your hard earned money and help you reach your goals. It may not be you but if you know someone who you know will benefit, lead them to us. Weā€™ll take good care of them like family. ā¤ļø

I realized that life is a learning process. Learning doesnā€™t end when you graduate from school. In order to survive life, you have to learn how to live. I was fortunate enough to learn about 101 Financial at an early age. However, learning shouldnā€™t stop with age. As you grow older, the more knowledge you have the better. Like what my parents would say, knowledge is the best heirloom you can pass on to generations and no one can take that away from you.
How about you? What are you passing on to your kids? Debt? Bills? Are you financially secured that your baby doesnā€™t have to worry about you when you grow older? Do you really want that for your kids?
Which is better to see on your will ā€” ā€œHey daughter, hereā€™s the key to the house... BUT thereā€™s still $200,000 on the mortgage.ā€
Or ā€œHi daughter, hereā€™s the key. All paid off. Itā€™s all yours and your family.ā€
Which one are you?

Prior to 101, budgeting was my enemy but now, budgeting is helping me achieve my wants while tending to my needs.
We think that we work hard to earn money, thatā€™s the conventional thinking and banking. So we spend hard since we work hard just to make us feel in control.
Budgeting will help you gain control of your finances. Itā€™ll help you save and prepare for real goals. 101 Financial is all about setting goals and making them all come true. Whether if itā€™s to get out of debt to buying your first house. Weā€™re here every step of the way. Let me help you.
