5 Tips When Travelling for the First time to Bali
1 - Know the weather Period - Rainy, Sunny, windy Season!
Tumblr media
October to April is the rainy season; May to September the dry season. It gets colder and more windy between July and august - Note the Period! :)
2 - Where to sleep?
Tumblr media
Accommodation ranges from the very basic thorough to some of the most amazing five-star hotels you’ll find anywhere in the world. The trend over the past five to 10 years is for villa accommodation. This style can offer you the same comforts as a hotel but with more privacy and better options if travelling as a family or group. If you are low on budget you can go for a Guest house with Breakfast included!
3 - Awas Bali Belly
Tumblr media
Be careful with the food you eat, if you are not use to spicy, make sure to know what you have in your plates, your idea of spicy could be non spicy to their Chef!
But eat local if you want to understand more about Indonesia! As a newbie try the nasi goreng, mie Goreng, nasi campur. If you feel a bit crazy, try the bakso in the street! TASTY
4 - Transport - Transport!
Tumblr media
Two different ways: Either you feel safe in the taxi, and in this case always go for the blue bird company. Either you feel confident enough to rent a motorbike and cruise around the island! Always wear a helmet - safety first -
5 - ENJOY
Tumblr media
There are a lot of things to do in Bali, from surfing to temples, to yoga, to amazing lookout.
Follow the flow, and take it easy, that’s the way Balinese live.
Make sure to respect and thank the locals as well as the mother nature at all time.

In front of the magnificent Pandanus Trees National Park are the equally magnificent rights of Burleigh Heads. These thick, dredging barrels breaking over sand in front of a basalt boulder shoreline can be so awesome when the swell has S in it and the wind is SW offshore.
After a long, leg-aching ride to the shorey shut-downs (ridden by skimboarders), it’s a jog back up the point and over the slippery boulders before dashing for the outside against the rip that drags you back down the point. When the rest of the coast is closed-out, Burleigh will still be holding and barrel-hungry chargers will paddle out from the Tallebudgera rivermouth (where there are more waves) to the south and paddle up to the point. T
he sand that is so crucial to the wave lining up properly is not always in attendance and recent pumping activities down the coast may not have helped. Cyclone swells can blow holes in the set-up and it's rare for all four sections (Sharkies, The Cove, The Point and Rockbreak) to link-up but who cares when one section can hold double digit tube time. It’s not as long as Kirra and not quite as crowded, but unfortunately it’s more localised

As a surfer you tend to always go to the beach with nothing with you, if you could you would even go barefoot! Where actually there are many things that you need to carry with you..
For the before surfing you often regret not having any sunglasses to check the waves, while the sun is right in your eyes. When you put your wetsuit on or you are getting changed, you wish to have a small something to put your feet on!
Then you think, damn, the sun is strong, I forgot to bring any sunscreen or zinc to put on my noes!
Once you get your board out of its cover you think, Crap! I forgot to bring some Wax.
And when you start your way to the water, you wish somebody was there to keep your keys and shoot you surfing (dreaming!)
Then you surf all of these little issues disappear for the next 2 or 3 hours.
After a perfect sesh you are tired, you had your minimum quantity of waves, your eyes are getting red from the salt and sun, your throat is screaming “thirsty” and that's it you decide to make your way to the shores.
When you come out of the water, you think, I would love a Big glass of water and you have none. Then you dream to have a towel to dry myself and get then sand out of the way. You still think about your sunglasses for chilling right on the beach and those little details disappear when you start talking about your sesh with your mates.
That's just a couple of the downside of not anticipating your journey to the beach. Some of them could be fixed if you had a Small backpack or your surf cover with all those little gears that would make a difference!
Sampai Jumpa Have a good surf!

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do.” – Mark Twain
There is nothing more challengeable than to hit the road not knowing where you will be heading at. every minute of your journey makes the adventure unforgettable. Striving to look for the unknown is the best gift given to the human nature.

We decided to specialize in day use surfboards socks, for transportation to and from the beach to keep them safe from dings. When loading up after a surf session, the sock will prevent from water, salt, wax and sand to damage your car or inside home and protect your board from dings and scratches.
The board bags are mostly made to make your surfboard look good and safe when out of the water.
