This might be random, but if you’re getting the tumblr privacy pop-up everytime you refresh a page on tumblr (on your pc/computer) then this is how to disable it: 

1. get adblock (on chrome install it as an extension, don’t worry it’s free: just google ‘chrome adblock’ and click on the first search result and install it -> the adblock is called ‘AdBlock’)

2. the adblock will appear in the right corner of your screen in your browser: if you have chrome as I do, then you will see in the right corner an icon that looks like a puzzle piece. click on that icon. then there appears a list of extensions that you have and one of them should be adblock. click next to the adblock icon the three dots. then click on ‘options’ and a new window will appear. on the right in that new window you will see the option ‘filter lists’ and click on that. and then you see where it says ‘i don’t mind the cookies’ (or something in that vain) and how it’s unticked? click it so the tick appears.

3. go to tumblr and refresh a page and normally the pop-up shouldn’t be appearing anymore
