初めて訪れたヒルトン長崎での宴

先日、勤務する会社の決算が無事に終わり、その慰労会が長崎市内に数年前にオープンした「ヒルトン長崎」で開催されました。開業して３年ぐらいということで、どのようなホテルなのか非常に楽しみにしておりました。

こちらがヒルトン長崎の外観です。長崎駅のすぐ隣に位置し、洗練された佇まいが印象的でした。

館内へ足を踏み入れると、新しい建物ならではの清潔感と、上質な空間が広がっていました。

宴会場へと続くエントランスも、期待感を高めてくれる落ち着いた雰囲気です。

こちらは館内の階段の写真です。木の温もりを感じさせるデザインで、非常に美しい造りでした。

こちらはバイキングレストランでしょうか。モダンでありながらも落ち着ける空間で、ゆっくりと過ごせそうな印象を受けました。館内はどこも手入れが行き届いており、快適な時間を過ごせました。

そして、楽しみにしていたお料理の数々。どれも素晴らしいものでした。

まず運ばれてきたのは、彩り豊かなオードブルの盛り合わせです。見た目も華やかで、どのお料理からいただこうか迷うほどでした。

取り分けていただいた一皿です。一品一品が丁寧に仕上げられており、素材の味が生かされた美味しい前菜でした。

こちらは魚料理の一皿。ふっくらとした白身魚に、添えられた野菜とソースの相性が抜群で、大変美味しくいただきました。レンコンと思われるチップスの食感も良いアクセントになっていました。

お料理の素晴らしさもさることながら、スタッフの方々の接客も大変心に残るものでした。皆様とても丁寧で、常に笑顔を絶やさず対応してくださり、非常に心地よい時間を過ごすことができました。細やかな気配りに、質の高いホスピタリティを感じました。

このような素晴らしい会を開いてくれた会社にも感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。私が勤める会社は、社員同士が非常に仲が良いので、風通しの良い職場環境が魅力です。だからこそ、こうした催しも和やかな雰囲気の中で楽しむことができるのだと思います。今回の慰労会を通じて、改めて皆で労をねぎらい、今後の活力に繋がる素晴らしい機会となりました。

初めて訪れたヒルトン長崎でしたが、お料理、サービス、施設のすべてにおいて、大変満足のいく素晴らしい体験となりました。また機会があれば、個人的にも訪れてみたいと思える素敵なホテルです。

桜の季節　さくらの里へ

桜の季節がやってきましたね。

先日、自宅近くにある「さくらの里」へ足を運びました。そろそろ散り始める頃かと思い、急いで見に行ったのですが、やはり桜は何度見ても美しいものです。

この「さくらの里」は、公園の中で桜を楽しむというより、車窓から桜並木を眺めるのが魅力的なスポット。両側に桜が広がる道をドライブすると、まるで映画のワンシーンのような光景が広がります。

約8,000本の桜が咲き誇る場所

さくらの里には、なんと約8,000本もの桜が植えられており、春になると一斉に花開きます。車を走らせながら両側に咲く桜を眺めると、心がほっと和らぎます。 今回訪れた日はあいにくの曇り空でしたが、それでも充分楽しめました。写真は少し色がくすんでしまったものの、実際に目にした桜の美しさは変わりませんでした。

思い出がよみがえる場所

この場所を歩いていると、ふと昔のことを思い出しました。息子がまだ小さかった頃、よくこの場所で一緒に遊んだものです。芝生の上を走り回ったり、お弁当を広げてお花見をしたりと、懐かしい記憶がよみがえりました。 　今では彼も大人になり、東京で桜を楽しんでいるようです。場所は違っても、同じ空の下で桜を見ていると思うと、なんだか心が温かくなります。

家族で楽しめる環境も魅力

このエリアは大きな団地に囲まれ、公園、グラウンド、テニスコートなども整備されています。芝生広場や子ども広場もあるので、小さなお子さん連れのご家族にはぴったり。 お弁当を持ってピクニックをしたり、友人同士でのんびり過ごしたり、いろいろな楽しみ方ができる場所です。

天気に左右される桜の表情

今回の花見は曇り空の中でしたが、桜の美しさに変わりはありませんでした。 特に、風に舞う花びらの様子はとても幻想的で、しばし時間を忘れて見入ってしまいました。晴れの日とはまた違った趣があり、それはそれで風情がありますね。

少しだけ気になる点

とても素敵な場所ではありますが、ひとつだけ気になる点も。それは、風向きによっては工場からの匂いが漂ってくることがある点です。せっかくの花見が少し残念に感じてしまうこともあるかもしれません。訪れる際は、風向きや天気をチェックしてから行くとよいでしょう。

2025年の桜　そしてこれから・・・

桜の花見なんて、本当に何年ぶりだったでしょうか。思い出せないくらい久しぶりでしたが、今年はこうして桜を楽しむことができ、とても幸せな気持ちになりました。 2025年、きっと良い1年になりそうな予感がします。次はぜひ晴れた日に訪れて、もっとゆっくり桜を堪能したいと思います。次回は、事前に計画を立てて、ベストなタイミングで再訪できたらいいですね。

さくらの里での花見は、家族や友人と一緒に春のひとときを楽しむのにぴったりの場所です。来年の花見も、今から楽しみです！

感動と興奮！長崎スタジアムシティホテルでの新年会

2025年1月10日（金）、会社の新年会で初めて訪れた長崎スタジアムシティ内のホテルは、私の想像をはるかに超える素晴らしい場所でした。地方都市に、これほど印象的なランドマークが誕生したことに、心から感動！ジャパネットグループのスケールの大きさを改めて感じました。

目を見張るスケール！長崎スタジアムシティの全貌

長崎スタジアムシティは、単なるスタジアムではなく、商業施設、オフィスビル、ホテル、さらには温泉施設までが集結した複合施設です。中でも、ひときわ目を引くのがスタジアムの圧倒的な存在感。夜になるとライトアップされ、その幻想的な美しさに息を呑みました。

まさに、この地域を象徴する新たなシンボル。訪れるすべての人に、これまでになかった特別な体験を提供してくれる予感がします。今回の新年会が、このスタジアムに併設されたホテルで開催されたことは、私にとって忘れられない思い出となりました。

また、新年会の会場となったホテルのダイニングエリアは、広々としており、ゆったりと食事ができる空間が広がっていました。整然と並べられたテーブルと椅子が、心地よい秩序を生み出しています。

そして、何と言っても素晴らしかったのがお料理！新年会のために特別に用意されたお料理は、見た目の美しさはもちろんのこと、口にした瞬間に広がる豊かな味わいに、思わず顔がほころびました。

供されたお料理は、地元の新鮮な食材をふんだんに使ったものばかり。特に、新鮮な魚介を使ったお料理は、参加者みんなから大好評でした。美味しい料理と楽しい会話に花が咲き、会場は笑顔と活気に満ち溢れていました。

さらに、サプライズとしてスタジアムの客席に降りて、幻想的なライトアップショーを見学する機会も！

音楽と光が織りなすドラマティックな演出に、参加者一同、歓声を上げ、大いに盛り上がりました。

12月2日（月）の午後に、神宮外苑のイチョウ並木に行ってきました。平日の昼間なので���少ましかなと思い訪れてみましたが、到着すると人また人。イモ洗い状態ですんなり前に進めませんでした。そのほとんどがやはり外国人観光客。景色はきれいでも、なぜか心地よさは感じることができませんでした。

私が訪れた日は、平日にもかかわらず、イチョウ並木は観光客で溢れかえっていました。特に、外国人観光客が多く、彼らはスマートフォンを手にして写真を撮る姿が目立ちました。確かに、イチョウ並木は美しいスポットですが、あまりにも人が多いと、ゆっくりと自然を楽しむことができません。 周囲を見渡すと、どこに行っても人が沢山。日本の観光地は、これでいいのだろうかと本気で思う毎日です。もっと穏やかに自然を満喫したいと感じました。

心地よさを感じられない理由

美しい景色が広がっているにもかかわらず、心地よさを感じられない理由は、やはり混雑によるものです。自然の中でリラックスしたいと思っても、周囲の人々の喧騒や、写真を撮るために立ち止まる人々が多いと、どうしても落ち着かない気持ちになります。

また、外国人観光客が多いことで、言語の壁や文化の違いを感じることもあります。日本の自然を楽しむためには、もう少し静かな環境が必要だと感じました。

今年の冬も、東京の街は美しいイルミネーションで彩られています。毎年恒例のイベントですが、今年は特に東京ミッドタウンのイルミネーションに行くことにしました。たまたまライブ参戦のスケジュールがあったので、こちらを選ぶことになったのです。テーマは「シャボン玉」で、動きのある華やかなイルミネーションが印象的でした。家族連れや若者たちで賑わっていて、活気に満ちた雰囲気がとても良かったです。

東京ミッドタウンに到着すると、まず目に飛び込んできたのは、色とりどりの光が織りなす幻想的な空間でした。特に、シャボン玉をテーマにしたイルミネーションは、まるで夢の中にいるような感覚を与えてくれました。光が動き、まるで本物のシャボン玉が空を舞っているかのように見えました。周りには多くの人々がいて、みんながその美しさに感動している様子が印象的でした。

東京で行ってみたいと思っていた「浜離宮恩賜庭園」をやっと訪れることができました。11月の気温も18℃と絶好のお散歩日和だったので、心躍る気持ちで庭園の門をくぐりました。

本日は、地域創生の一環として、長崎が誇る壮大なプロジェクト、「長崎スタジアムシティプロジェクト」の写真を載せたいと思います。本日、2024年2月10日(土)撮影したものです。

このプロジェクトは、ジャパネットグループが主導し、地方創生という観点から手掛けています。このプロジェクトが他の都市再開発と一線を画すのは、その運営方針にあります。ジャパネットグループは、機動性を最優先に考え、行政の介入を極力排除するため、全ての資金（総工費900～1000億円）を自社で賄っているのです。ただのスポーツ施設に留まらない、まちづくりの大きな一歩を示しています。 このプロジェクトは、サッカーJ2のV・ファーレン長崎のホームスタジアムを中心に、B1の長崎ヴェルカのホームアリーナを組み合わせたもので、商業施設やホテルも一体化しています。これは、まさに都市再開発の模範となるプロジェクトであり、地域の活性化と彩りを一層増すものとなるでしょう。

残念ながら長崎市は、全国でも有数の過疎地域として知られています。人口減少が進む中、地域の活性化は多くの自治体が直面する大きな課題となっています。そんな中、長崎スタジアムシティプロジェクトは、単なるスポーツ施設の建設にとどまらず、地域経済の再興という重要なミッションを担っているのです。

These photos were taken today, February 10, 2024 (Saturday). The project is spearheaded by the Japanet Group and is undertaken from the perspective of regional revitalization. What sets this project apart from other urban redevelopment projects is its operational policy. Japanet Group prioritizes agility and minimizes government intervention by funding the entire project (total construction costs of 90 to 100 billion yen) on their own. This marks a significant step in urban development, going beyond just being a sports facility.

The project centers around the home stadium of V-Varen Nagasaki in the J2 League, combined with the home arena of B1's Nagasaki Velca, and integrates commercial facilities and hotels. It is a model urban redevelopment project that will further enhance and vitalize the area.

Regrettably, Nagasaki City is known as one of the most depopulated areas in the country. Amidst declining populations, revitalizing regions is a significant challenge that many municipalities face. The Nagasaki Stadium City Project carries an important mission beyond building sports facilities—it is about the revival of the local economy.

This ambitious attempt to inject new vitality into depopulated areas could greatly enhance the feasibility of similar projects in other regions if it succeeds. The "regional revitalization model" demonstrated by the Nagasaki Stadium City Project could serve as a beacon of hope for other municipalities struggling with depopulation. Its success is expected to ripple through the country as an example of successful regional revitalization.

Should this project succeed, it will undoubtedly serve as a catalyst for new vitality not just in Nagasaki City, but in regional cities across Japan. The independent and proactive stance of the Japanet Group contains many lessons for local governments and may well accelerate the movement towards new regional revitalization.
