“Ah,” Clover murmurs, forgetting entirely what he’d been doing a moment prior.

Surely not as insinuated. Not really. Though he finds it hard to argue while taking in the sight before him. Eyes a little wide. Skin a little flushed. Droplets of water trickling from strands of hair still stuck to a forehead as a hand cards the rest of it back.

Warmth brushes his own skin as he remembers he ought to give an answer. Stamps out distracting thoughts as best he can.

Right. Right, he was-

“Well… you don’t look to be injured. So yes, I’d say I do.”

A perfectly reasonable response. To a perfectly reasonable question. One that held no suggestion of anything untoward. None at all.
