I've been trying to lose weight so I've been on a calorie deficit, taking Pilates classes and I've been walking 10k steps everyday for the past month but I've only reduced 1kg. I want to lose around 10kg in the next four months before i leave for uni. Is that possible? Should I try intermittent fasting? I'd really appreciate some weight loss tips!!!

I'm not the biggest fan of cardio but I'd be down to doing it if that's gonna be effective

Although, I'm not too familiar with Astro, I did see their videos every now and then. Moonbin, especially, when I think of him, I always see his big smile that reached his beautiful eyes. I still do, even to the extent that I cannot even remember his face without his warm and gorgeous smile. My heart goes out to all his fans, friends, colleagues and family, it's never easy. I truly hope he's in a better place now. He was truly an angel that left us too soon. May his soul rest in peace. I wish this was not real.
