It really wasn’t funny at all. He was pretty sure his leg was broken or at the very least, fractured. 

“I was trying to save this girl from a robber and the villain’s Quirk lobbed off a piece of concrete to drop on her. So to prevent her from getting killed, I pushed her out of the way, but then my Quirk decided to stall–” It was quickly devolving into a long spell of rambling word vomit.

“Take a seat Midoriya, I’ve heard enough.”

She lets out a deep sigh. She isn’t surprised, but he’s being reckless again which triggers a familiar migraine she gets whenever he or Toshinori landed in her office. 

“Now which leg was it?”

 “’mikumo’ please. & i was sent to get my afternoon meds. i was also wondering if broken claws fall under ‘something that can be healed’ ‘cause, well—” he lifted up his hand, wrapped hastily in a piece of cloth that was now stained in red. “my claw broke like a nail, but it hurts to turn it back to normal.”

“I’ve got your medication, but let’s look at that claw first before you handle anything.”

She gestures for him to take a seat in one of the beds in the room. As soon as they were situated she moves over to inspect the damage.

“I’m sure I can heal this with my quirk, but we’ll need to clean the wound first and get it wrapped up.”

“No thanks need to be given. All of you are old enough to know better than to get something like this without a professional. I won’t be using my quirk for foolish behavior unless your injuries are serious.”

“Of course, there should be a fresh bed for you to rest at here. I have some medicine that can help with your migraine.”

She walks over to one of the beds and pulls aside a small curtain.

“Yes, ma’am!” He crushes his eyes closed and sucks in his breath. One. Two. Three!

And she pulls out a small splinter from his leg with some tweezers.

“There you go! All better now.”

“That may be the case, but if you aren’t careful then there may come a time where my quirk won’t be enough to heal your wounds.”
