Week 1
Back on track
Weight training/ pilates 3x a week each time 45 min + warm up and stretching after... so in total about an hour.
2x hiit training for about half an hour.
In Saturday and Sunday I always go for longer walks for about 2-4 hours, depends on my mood and time I have.
So far my training routine...

Back from Vacation straight back into my routine!
As much as I enjoyed the vacation, really good food and a lot of ice cream and wine....reality hit me this morning 😅
On saturdays the first thing I do is taking my measurements. Over those two weeks I gainer 3,1kg and 2 cm on my waist....
Maybe this doesnt sound thaaat horrible to you, but you have to consider that Im really small (161cm) and I really worked hard to get where Im now or better: where I was bevor vacation 😅
So lets jump straight into my routine!!!

We made a two-week road trip through sizilia. Agrigento was one of my absolutely favourite spots! We went to Valle dei Templi, an area were you can visit old and original temples which are more than 2.500 years old.
This felt so unreal
Even on vacations I try to work out and stay active as possible. I walked nearly every day about 20.000 steps and chose spots to hike and walk around by myself instead of using the car or other transports. This is by the way also environment friendly 😉

I try to eat mostly vegan and as healthy as posible.
My breakfast:
Oats with vegan protein powder, almond milk, banan, haselnuts, strawberries ans raspberries, cherries, linseeds and of course: hemp hearts 🤩
Can‘t go a day without this delicious source of plant protein and omega 3 fats!
