Couldn't agree more. Plus I don't plan on stopping this "diet" , not eating like shit is actually really easy . But if I tell you thats my cookie, don't ask "don't you eat healthy?" , because yeah I eat healthy but that doesnt make my cookie any less mine and more yours. Ill eat my cookie whenever I want to eat my cookie . Bye lol

A lot of people say don't eat sushi if you're trying to lose weight. But why?! Its really not bad for you and you can ask for brown rice instead of white. I love sushi and I'll never cut it out of my diet ♥♥

Is meatloaf a baked potatoe and broccoli a good healthy dinner that will help me lose weight?
Hello! I personally don't eat red meat just because it takes longer to digest so it upsets my stomach. However, if you make that baked potato a sweet potato you'll have yourself one healthy meal :) Also, just make sure the meat loaf isn't too fatty

Hey followers, these photos are from about a month ago, the one on the left is more recent.
I haven't taken any updated progress photos since I haven't been able to hit the gym to work on my abs. (I got my huge tattoo worked on).
