MFW someone starts a sentence with "cake..." and doesn't end it with "here, have some right now".

MFW someone keep telling jokes, thinking they are absolutely hilarious, but they are actually not, and I'm afraid they are gonna think I'm terribly rude if I tell them with a straight face, they should shut up, so I hit them just hard enough for it to hurt without leaving fatal injuries and they eventually stops and walks away thinking I'm crazy; but at least I'm not rude.

MFW I'm at the local supermarket wanting to buy myself a treat and have decided upon my favorite ice cream, but upon arrival at the freezers I realize my absolute favorite flavor - the one I wanted - was sold out and I in sadness make a quick decision of going for the chocolate cake, which sadly is located at the complete other end of the store, and then seeing, after a pretty lengthy walk, they are also completely out of that cake, and I have to walk bad to the freezers once again only to settle for my 2nd most favorite flavor of frozen dessert.
