BloosSport 5 Review

GCW Josh Barnetts BloodSport 5 Review Preshow notes: This is my first BloodSport. I'm pretty excited to watch this. I like the set up, I feel like Raw Underground stole the style of BloodSport. -------- Bad Dude Tito vs Calder McColl -Really back and forth. McColl looks like he can work himself out of holds and submissions. Tito hit a huge german suplex and hits McColl with countless palm strikes throughout the match. McColl hits a huge knee then goes for a submisson and on his second attempt he locks in a sleeper. Rating: 4/5 -------- Calvin Tankman vs Nolan Edwards -Edwards eats blows from Tankman thoughtout the fight. Edwards gets a few good blows in like a flying knee. Edwards tries to lock in a few submissons, but the size difference was too much. Tankmans slams Edwards and uses blows to secure his win.   Rating: 3/5 -------- Kal Jack vs Super Beast -Kal Jack gets a couple of huge slams in on Super Beast. Super Beast pulls off a tornado kick outta nowhere. Super Beast gets a few good strikes and reversals in, but Kal Jack puts Super Beast out with a side choke headlock. Rating:  3/5 -------- Royce Isaacs vs Alex Coughlin -A lot of back and forth between the two. Isaacs reverses a armbar to a cloverleaf submisson that surprises everyone. Coughlin gets a few good strikes and tries to lock in some solid holds. Isaacs however, hits a huge backdrop suplex and then locked in a full stretch dragon sleeper. Rating: 3/5 ------- Simon Grimm vs Rocky Romero -Both men traded amazing slams/suplexs and submissons. Extremely surprising fight. Rating: 5/5 ------ JR Kratos vs Chris "Dirty Daddy" Dickinson -Kratos pulled out some powerhouse moves and an explosive start, he followed up with some good holds. Dickinson got in some good strikes and a crazy german suplex. Dickinson comes out of nowhere with a solid sleeper. Rating: 3.5/5 ------ Semi-Main Event: Filthy Tom Lawlor vs Jeff Cobb -Lawlor got in a good amount of holds in. Cobb pulled off several huge slams and managed to escape all of Lawlor's holds and lock in a winning full nelson. Rating: 4.5./5 ----- Main Event: Jon Moxley vs Davey Boy Smith Jr -(Sidenote: This was the main reason I checked out BloodSport 5) This was one hellva brawl. Smith Jr used his family knowledge of submisson to combat Moxley's chaotic style and just pure brawling style. Rating: 5/5 =========================== Overall Rating: 4/5 - The best fights of the night were easily, Romero vs Grimm and Moxley vs Smith Jr. Grimm vs Romero had style and techinque, It also showed off the amount of talent each man has. Moxley vs Smith Jr was just a striaght brawl mixed with a surprising amount of submisson mixed in. Several other matches like Cobb vs Lawlor and Tito vs McColl were pretty exciting fights to watch. I'll definitely be checking out the next BloodSport.

S.F.W Reviews  AEW "Holiday Bash" Dynamite December 23, 2020

Preshow Note: "Merry Christmas Eve" Eve! This show is loaded with Tag Team Matches. Watch Being the Elite on Youtube, this episode is hilarious. ---------------------------- Chris Jericho and MJF (w/Jake Hager) vs Top Flight - Pretty good tag team match, I can see that they are building MJF as a character with his addition to the Inner Circle. Top Flight had an amazing showing, Jericho sold well for Top Flight. It was a smart move to have MJF get the pin. Rating: B+ -------------------------- Sting Interview - Are we gonna see Sting every week like this??? Can we do it in different ways and just not the same interview type segment every week. Nice end to it with Darby and Sting standing in the ring. I understand why they put they title on Darby now. Rating: C+ ------------------------ Jurassic Express vs Dark Order (Colt Cabana, 5, and 10) - A very very good 6 man tag match. Dark Order works great as a team, I love Colt Cabana showing heel tactics during his time with the Dark Order. I think we will ether see a Jurassic Express title run or a best of 3 for the Bucks vs FTR. FTR calls them out for the Jan 6th show, should be a good match. Rating: A ---------------------- Pac vs The Butcher - I couldn't really get into this match, Pac seemed like he got injuried again because of his neck. The end seemed like it was delayed for some reason, I don't know if it was planned or not with Kingston yelling at The Butcher. A simple kick then a Black Arrrow then we get Pac win. I hope Pac isn't injuried, he just came back. Rating: C --------------------- Jade's Challenge - Who is she again? Why challenge Brandi if you know she's pregnant? Why bring in Shaq? Rating: D ------------------- Kip and Penelope Wedding Date Announcement with "The Best Man" Miro - A nice heel moment for Kip and Miro, teasing a Best Friends run in and injuring Trent? instead. Also, a nice way to announce Beach Break on Feb 3rd. Another specail episode to look forward too. I still like Miro and Kip, but it seems like Kip traded out Jimmy Havoc for Miro. Rating: B ------------------- Evil Uno vs "The Natural" Dustin Rhodes - A very hard fought match, both men showed their strength. I enjoyed it, but I feel like Dustin should have joined the Dark Order. It would be a nice twist to the character, but alas Dustin won in normal fashion. I like Lee Johnson, but he doesn't seem to fit in to the Nightmare Family. I wish he had some kind of push or hint to a evolution to why he plays into being part of the team.   Rating: B- ------------------ Shawn Spears Interview - I liked the definiation of character in this short interview. Maybe he's taking a long break, or he's leaving the company or he's going to Impact. Who knows. They missed the chance of a 4 horseman revive. Rating: A ------------------- Hikaru Shida vs Alex Garcia - Short, but sweet. I do like the continuation of the Abadon attacking Shida. I don't like that Women's World title is treated like the lowest teir title, at least thats how it feels to me. Rating: B+ ------------------- AEW World Tag Team Championship The Young Bucks vs The Acclaimed - A really good tag team match, that had both teams showing off. The Acclaimed did their old school rap intro, Caster has a flow that feels like a high school rap battle. The Bucks do come off as the veteran team, espically when The Acclaimed used a ref bump and the boombox to the skull to try to get the win. Nice push for The Acclaimed, now go back to AEW Dark. lol Rating: B+ ------------------- Overall Show Rating: B - A decent holiday show, without any real christmas stuff to it. The only real holiday thing was AEW reinacts A Christmas Story that was only shown during commericials and not on the actual show. Nice card overall, but some matches were lacking and we only got a 2 or 3 min segment with Kenny Omega. The show itself was mainly lacking a huge match. We had a few sorta big maches, but nothing ratings breaking.

Monarch Earth Reports: The Kamacuras Reports #2

Report #2 It took 3 hours, 2 canisters of pheromones, and 15 pulse beacons to fully lure the Titan Kamacuras to the cave opening. I manage to record the entire process for Monarch data collectors to log into the system. What happen next no one could have ever seen coming. The Titan Kamacuras breached the opening expecting one of its kind standing there, instead it found me with a rail cannon and  enough net to cover the empire state building (It's incredible what you can assemble in 3 hours). Once it noticed me, it began to screech at me. I replayed it's own call back and watched it look confused, in it's confusion it slowly kept pacing back and forth between me and the cave opening. It screeched again and again I repeated it back to the titan. I didn't move this time, it simply just studied me. I believe that this is my chance, I raise my railcannon at the Kamacuras and charge the barrel. Suddenly, My computers begin to ring with alerts. A muffled voice came from my laptop "Alert......Orga....Attack......Defend the Titans......" The voice cut out as quick as it appeared. Defend the Titans I asked myself, How do I protect something so damn big. I look up and study Kamacuras. It's just stands there and studies me back, We have a simple moment of curiosity and confusion between us. Suddenly, Orga drones uncloak all around us, over a dozen at first glance. I stare at Kamacuras for a second, then in one swift movement I cock the railcannon and fire it at the nearest Orga drone. The shot is a hit and the sky lights up with fire and debris, I cock it again and fire it at another Orga drone. Another hit, another fire in the sky. Then all hell broke loose...... The Orga drones quickly retaliate with machine guns, I move as fast as I can to cover. I manage to dodge bullets until I finally made it to my camp and I inact my defenses. A 10 foot steel barrier wall is erected as a wall to protect me, Titan Kamacuras watches as several drones begin to circle around me. I start to feel that feeling in my gut when I know things are gonna go bad. The drones begin to launch missiles aim directly at my gut, I hate that feeling. Without notice Kamacuras appears in front of me and bats the missiles out the air. I give the Titan a look of thanks and then I cocked the railcannon and aimed it at the nearest drone and blew it out of the air. TItan Kamacuras and I stood side by side destroying drone after drone, but with each one we destroyed two more took its place. It didn't take long for me to run out of ammo for the railcannon, so I grabbed my newest toy. A Bio Shotgun with Electric-Flame Fusion rounds that I call Morty. Kamacuras swipes at the drones with its sycthe claws, each tear the drones into pieces. More drones come, yet Kamacuras still fights on. I can see the missiles and bullet begin to take there toll. The drones begin to move out of claw rande so Kamacuras reveals his wings and takes to the sky, the drones fire missiles into Kamacuras's back. One missiles tears through one Kamacuras wings, Kamacuras lands on its feet. Another missile hits Kamacuras in the eye. Kamacuras screechs in pain, Another missile strikes and blows of one of Kamacuras's legs. Kamacuras falls down to the ground and the drones begin to bombard Kamacuras with missiles. I fire as fast as my body will let me, but I'm not fast enough. I managed to destroy over a dozen drones, but a dozen isn't enough. There were too many to save the Titan, I failed my mission. I failed you Kamacuras. Kamacuras lay lifeless in front of me, the drones completed their mission and disappeared into the sky. I stood silently over the Titan and stared down at it, another moment of curiosity and confusion. I make way over to my camp and check the cameras to see if they recorded the whole event. They did. I backed up the footage and decided to do one more sweep for any more Kamacuras or even tracks. I gather some remaining gear and venture into the cave. I explored it for what seemed like hours, but what I found was worth the time and the pain. 3 miles inside the cave and stuck to the wall in a mucous membrane was 3 tiny Titan Kamacuras eggs. My new mission is clear......protect the titans......

S.F.W Review: WWE TLC 2020

S.F.W. PPV Reviews Present WWE Tables, Ladders, and Chairs 2020

WWE Championship - TLC Match Drew McIntyre vs A.J Styles - Hellva way to start a PPV. Great match with a nice twist of Mitb cash in.  Miz didn't really add anything and Omos had a cool spot, but it was just small spots in a great match.   Rating:  A+ --------------------------------------------- Smackdown Women's Championship Sasha Banks vs Carmella - Really good match, but I think it made Sasha look a bit weak with Carmella looking so dominant. Oh and who the hell is Reginald? Ratiing: B+ -------------------------------------------- Raw Tag Team Championship The New Day vs The Hurt Business - A pretty good match with New Day getting in a lot of offense. Hurt Business only got a few good spots in, but Hurt Business finally took the titles. I hope we see them in a new feud after this. Alexander tagging himself in was a little weird but it may pay out in the end. Rating: B -------------------------------------------- WWE Women's Tag Team Championship Nia Jax and Shayna Bazsler vs Asuka and Charlotte Flair - Yeah, knew it would be Charlotte. A pretty good match with some really good solid action.  Charlotte's moonsault looked like it barely hit Jax and Bazsler. Rating: A- ------------------------------------------ Universal Championship- TLC Match Roman Reigns vs Kevin Owens - Wow. Just wow. A long ass match with a ton of good spots and comebacks. That being said, this match was way too long with way too much drama in it. Rating: A- ------------------------------------------ Firefly Inferno Match The Fiend vs Randy Orton - The Fiend summoning fire was an epic moment. A good match overall, except the dummy switch at the end of the show, that was very noticeable. Booking wise, they should've had The Fiend end the ear strong, but he kinda start 2020 weak and ended weak. Rating: B+ ----------------------------------------- Overall Show Rating: A- A good show with some really good matches and some great matches in between. The lack of TLC stipulations was bad in my eyes, espically when we have had plenty of stip filled TLC's. The card was nicely stacked and all the wrestlers put on grade A performances, storylines hurt the matches I felt more than the actual action in the ring. Great way to end 2020 for WWE.

It wasn't until I arrived on Tanna Island that I as briefed, even then they didn't explain much. I would have to travel 40 miles to the base of the volcanos to find out any real information. It took a half hour to get up there, but when I arrived the sight on its own was more powerful than words. It was the hardened exterior skin of a giant insectoid in pieces laying over 500 hundred yards. Where did it come from? Is it real or a hoax? If it's real, what left this? I brought a small army of gadgets and gizmos from Monarch to help me do tests, trace and track whatever discarded this skin. Most of the time however, I used my natural tracking skills and my eyes. I grabbed a jeep and took off in the direction of the skin was left. It wasn't long before I discovered a path of broken trees and and impressions that lead to a giant cave entrance. I decided to turn back and grab a set of tools and a gun or two. I quickly returned to my bags at the camp. I grabbed my shotgun, pheromonal analyzer, earth magnitude digital scale, Digital Analyzer, Set of Multi-Spectrum cameras, Communication satation and a set of climbing gear. I tossed it all in my jeep and sped as quick as I could back to the cave opening. ' Once I arrived I set up camp and then prepared  to set up a series of multi-spectrum cameras inside and around the cave. It took some time, but I set up over a dozen cameras that are set to record anything that goes in or out. I also shot several magnitude sensors into the darkness past the cameras to track movement even deeper inside the cave. I waited several hours until something began to stir. Most of the movement was outside the range of my cameras. The magnitude scale were off the charts, whatever it was it was huge. It wasn't until past midnight that it slowly crept into camera range. My mouth nearly feel off when I saw the antenna feeling the ground and a giant mantis like creature coming into view. I double checked to make sure the feed was recording and went back to watch it come into full frame. Monarch will be happy that I found one of the Titan Kamacuras that escaped the Titanus Biolante.
