Note: I was so stressed yesterday that I didn't eat much except for coffee. I think the same thing will happen today. I am meeting with my dietician which is another stressor on top of everything else. At this point, I'm just taking it one day at a time. That's all I can do.

Note: I haven't done as the dietician has asked yet, but I did talk to my friend in the department about what's been going on and he's concerned. Somehow I feel proud of that. We will see how therapy, my eating, and working out goes today. I plan to weigh in again on Monday, so I'm interested to see where I'm at.

Note: I weighed myself again today and I was still 116.2. Because of this, I'm going to try and cut back just a bit. I hope to only eat fruit or veggies on Monday and Friday and work out a bit more. Note: I fasted for my blood test until 3 today so I treated myself with a smoothie. They wouldn't let me look at the scale, little do they know I have a scale at home. I also got my first, ' you should eat a burger' today, but it was Panera instead of a burger. But I didn't give in. Hope this helps someone. Treats can still be okay once in a while.
