I’m not worried haha! As someone who is a victim of Domestic Violence I KNOW what a toxic relationship looks like. I picture Yoongi with someone like me and all I can think is that he would be the perfect dominant boyfriend/husband that would make sure you actually took care of yourself. Thats all I was trying to make it out to be.

hey love!! So it’s indeed not toxic or abusive. He merely is protective. Lemme explain some of the points I think you are thinking are toxic

— Like Namjoon he doesn’t let you leave his sight.

He is literally a celebrity. The last thing he EVER wants is for you to be bombarded by fans and paparazzi.

— He doesn’t talk about you much since he enjoys keeping your relationship private not secret.

Again. Hes a celebrity. If he can have a certain part of his life that isn’t blasted on the internet he would take advantage of that. He doesn’t keep you a secret though, there are pictures of you on his instagram story every so often, he takes you on dates in public and proudly wears any jewelry you give him.

— Controlling but in a good way.

So I base characters off myself and personally I want a man that can just take control so I don’t have to worry.

He doesn’t want you wearing revealing clothes if he isn’t there because his biggest fear is you being the object of someone’s attention and they decide to act on it, making you uncomfortable or potentially harming you.

He won’t let you eat sweets before dinner because it’s unhealthy. Any other time he doesn’t care, as long as you’ve ate breakfast or lunch or dinner first.

And no drinking unless he is there because if you got drunk and something would have happened he would literally NEVER forgive himself. All of this is merely to keep you healthy and safe.

Yoongi Headcannons

— Yoongi gives off the ‘cold to everyone but you’ vibe.

— In public he’s HELLA protective.

— Like Namjoon, you don’t leave his sight

— His favorite time to spend together is when he gets home from work and he gets to just lay on top of you and relax

— His lock screen is a picture of you laying on the couch asleep with Holly

— It took FOREVER for him to admit he liked you.

— It was a slow burn relationship, I almost feel like you were only supposed to be a one night stand turned into his soulmate

— He gets extremely jealous if you have friends that are guys, he won’t ever stop you from seeing them but he still doesn’t like it

— He’s not good at showing emotions so instead he shows his love through acts of service

— making dinner, doing laundry, helping clean the house, keeping your favorite snacks stocked (just simple things)
