Sending a massive thank you to all who have supported my @prufections in this last 8 months - I am taking some time away from baking for a while due to other work and travel commitments and also some much needed production time in the next key stage of expansion - "the future is big, the future is 'PruFect' ". If there was a way of cloning myself so this could continue without interruption, I would - however sometimes you just need to take a step back from the momentum to re- evaluate and evolve on the right path...💡🍰🍞 Here's to a great Summer ahead everyone and @prufections will be back in August. Thrilled at how my @prufections olive focaccia bread turned out....another recipe added to the range of gourmet/artisan breads showcasing at this Sunday's launch @tolucalakefarmersmarket . True to other focaccia recipes, this bread is made with olive oil, fresh garlic, oregano, green & black olives- however my @prufections version is more like a soda bread in that it has no yeast, no sugar, and benefits from being made with avocado as with my cakes. So excited to share with you my NEW @prufections artisan breads - still dairy-free, egg-free, avocado-made and also completely sugar-free! Such a break through - after countless batches of experimenting- I feel ecstatic at having not given up on my endeavours to "prufect" this!!
