" Gil ! " There was an innocent voice coming from Oz's tone, hidden playfulness behind it.

      Gilbert had just finished putting the groceries away, his back facing Oz as he folded the paper bags for future use.  Raven grunts in response to his name being called, turning his head to find Oz looking particularly amused ... too amused.  The tone he used only further convinced Gil that Oz was certainly up to no good.

             “  What is it, Oz?  ”  He’d already been hounded by Alice a little earlier for dinner — practically as soon as he stepped through the front door.  “  I haven’t started dinner yet if that’s what you’re going to ask.  ”  he says as he’s already rolling up his sleeves to wash his hands.

Just an idea for a prompt: Oz asleep on Gil’s shoulder during the long train ride home

an idea for an idea: Gil staying up for the majority of the train ride while watching over Oz and Alice. Oz on his shoulder, and Alice, as graceful as she is, falls asleep on his other shoulder but ends up taking a spot across his lap.  Gil looks out the window for a while but ends up falling asleep, too, leaning his head against Oz’s.  *clenches hand into a fist....*  those busy goofs... finding rest on a train ride..... on a golden afternoon,,,,,
