“I am the first born, but...Only a woman may rule the Moon Kingdom. I don’t really believe I have a father, if I do...I’ve never met them. Truthfully...I am to look for a spouse at the ball, but I do not know anyone I wish to marry.”

Serenity cast his eyes down to the floor.

              ♛ Marius’ face easily painted concern for the younger before him. What did he mean he was not in good favor either? He was the crown prince, the child of their beloved moon king and queen was he not? 

               “I do not understand it is your birth right for the thrown….to not give it to you is an insult. Are you not the first born?” He asked making sure he didn’t upset the younger male.  ♛

“I...suppose you’re right. However...I think I could still be better, anyways.”

“But that doesn’t make you any less of a prince, the queen’s advisers are very matriarchal,on the looks side, well you are handsome in your own way… height however will come in time…you’re still growing.”

“No, it’s...It would not be particularly rude. I am not particularly popular here, in all honesty.”

Serenity frowned, twirling a lock of his hair around his finger. His eyes held a somewhat bitter feeling.

“I cannot succeed the throne- I’m basically useless, however.... You’ve been very kind to me, so if it’s not a bother...I’d like to stick with you.”

             ♛ “It is truly a beautiful place so long as you stay out of the shadows. I’m sorry to say they are places that a prince like yourself should wonder…..no good comes out of those spots.” The lord stated with a small frown, he couldn’t paint to pure of a picture of the Earth , after all he was one of the creatures that clung to those shadows. 

               “Would it not be rude for me to selfishly take you away from the masses?” Marius asked at Serenity’s statement about him staying close to him . He had no idea that he was even an outcast here, but who really knew where he came from?  ♛

“How interesting.....!” he murmured excitedly as the other spoke to him. Earth royalty visiting Serenity’s planet was incredibly uncommon, which was fairly easy to tell just from the ethereal appearances of a majority of the guests.

“I would love to see it someday....Err, would you mind staying near me for the rest of the ball? At times some of the guests from other planets are..not so kind to humans and other Earth creatures...”

                   ♛ “It’s a pleasure to meet you as well , Your Highness.” Marius knew very little about the kingdom he had come to visit but there was only one fact of the matter that was concrete. Everyone here was some sort of royal and there was very little of the outside world that could get here to some extent. 

                  Marius took great interest in structures such at these, easy to greet but hard to get into once the doors were closed he hoped that the young prince felt safe in his home . Marius sure did . 

              “ I am, I run a small kingdom on Earth. It is very beautiful and full of wonder. It needs a bit of cleaning up from time to time but what planet is completely peaceful? I don’t blame you at all for being swept up in her beauty.” ♛

“H-Hello. You…um…do you know what year it is…? I’m…lost.”

[peeks at her from behind a telephone pole]

Getting the feeling she was being watched, she turns around right quick.

“H-hello??”

“...People tell me that, but Mother’s advisers agree with me...They all say I’m not fit to be royalty in this kingdom.”

“Planeptune....Not normal Neptune? Oh no, I really messed up....”

The prince clutched at his chest nervously, fiddling with the pearls on it.

“I’m...from the moon. I intended to go to Neptune, and....”

His response really made Neptune laugh.

“You really must be new here.” Cue more laughter from the so-called Goddess. 

“Leanbox is a name of one of the four nations.” She explained once she was done with her laughter. “Right now you are in Planeptune.”

All these other princes are handsome and tall and influential...and I’m just...this.

“It’s nice to make your acquaintance, Marius!”

The prince spoke with genuine interest and warmth in his voice, differing greatly from many other royals attending the ball, along with the political advisers of his mother, who wandered in small circles around the castle, buzzing with whatever gossip they pleased to spread.

“Are you from the Earth? It’s such a beautiful planet! I’m very fond of visiting.”

             ♛  Marius wasn’t sure he really should be here , after all even being a royalty it was always such a stuffy title or gathering. As his mismatched eyes had hit the long crystal white spires of the kingdoms gates though he was drawn in. The simplicity of it all had a whimsical feel. 

             It was grand without all the pomp and circumstance was what he took away from it and even lost himself from the crowd of other guest to wonder it’s halls a bit only to be blanketed in more white. It honestly blinded him a bit against the dark black of his own robes. He was a bit of an eye sore to those who seen him as he made his way back not expecting to catch the eye of the prince in all of his greetings. 

             Turning his head the many brown curls dancing upon his neck and shoulders he looked upon the young male before braking into a smile his frame doubling over into a bow.  

              “Marius Von Baron , Your Highness. “  ♛

"Your highness, you're not hiding from me are you?" Sun spoke letting out an amused chuckle.

“E-eh...? Um, I’m sorry? I wish I could help you. I’m Prince Serenity. You’re human, right...? How did you get on the moon?”

“I see. I’m not entirely sure if you could help me - or what I’m truly looking for.”

“But how rude of me, I’m Utena.”

The prince blinked, listening to her carefully.

“I am Prince Serenity of the Moon Kingdom....Are you one of Endymion’s servants? I have come to visit Endymion, so if you are, I would appreciate your help in finding him.”

How strange, why was there someone just lying on the ground outside? Curiosity got the best of her, and she ventured closer, catching the boy just as he woke up.

“My name is Tachibana Marika, it is my pleasure. Pardon my intrusion, I only came to see if you were alright. This isn’t the best place to take a nap at~”

“Lean...box? Low E?”

What on earth was this girl talking about? She seemed peppy, at least, but her clothing was incredibly strange.

“Why are your boxes lean?”

“You should had seen the size of that thing!” Neptune talked, throwing her arms above her head to help make her point. “It was giant! It almost squished Noire but of course I saved her!” She continued to talk, taking a while that her sister wasn’t with her.

“Nep Jr?” The CPU finally noticed, taking a look around. “Nepgear? Where are you?” She wasn’t look around her surroundings very well cause she bumped into someone in front of her who looked extremely lost.

“He he he… sorry about that.” She apologized with a careful attitude. Somehow it didn’t take her long to notice the male’s appearance. “Whoa! You don’t look like you are around here! Are you from Lowee or Leanbox?”

Prince Serenity immediately let out a soft sound of distress as he took in his surroundings, eyes desperately scanning for something familiar. Everything about this place was so....Shiny. Were the buildings made of “glass”, like his lover had showed him on the Earth? But glass was fragile, only used for small things.  Perhaps it was metal? Whatever the case was, the poor boy was a fish out of water.
