Hi Banana! Does Alastor have any other siblings in your AU? This might seem like a strange question (Sorry😔), but what if Jean-Marie (Al's dad) had an affair with someone else before, when he was younger? Or if he's never had any other relationships and is very faithful to Al's mother?

Alastor didn't have any more siblings in my Au. Despite all odds his parents were faithful to eachother and didn't have affairs. JM wasn't in a serious relationship before he met his wife (he met her at 25 ish) and he was too focused on his own life struggles to really set his mind on something like a romantic relationship at that time anyway. I don't think he even wanted to or was interested in that.

I've got a question about Alastor's family: how do they spend their free time (together, before the tragic turn of events)? Were they ever able to afford to travel somewhere out of the city? Does JM (Alastor's dad) still get abusive even during the days they're supposed to "rest"?

And to your questions✨ In one of the asks, I wrote that sometimes they had music evenings where they would sit together and play or sing. They were a very creative family in a way, and the father, a professional musician, of course, wanted his kids to enjoy this craft. Sometimes he was able to get tickets for the whole family to the theater or to one of his concerts at the bar where he was working at the time. In general, he tried to instill love for music as best he could. His wife, of course, didn't object but only supported the initiative. It didn't always go smoothly, much to the delight of gossipmongers, but nevertheless, such family days left a good aftertaste. Sometimes, free time with the family was spent doing needlework or reading. More often than not, it was the eldest daughter who initiated these gatherings, taking the first book she could find from the shelf and calling everyone to listen to a new story or continue the one they were reading.

They couldn't afford to travel. The only times they went on such “trips” were when JM was fired from his job and they had to seek their fortune elsewhere. And such relocations were difficult.

In this ask, I've talked about Jean-Marie's mood swings. Over time, the whole thing got much worse, but at first it wasn't so bad. He was unpredictable, unstable so if something triggers him, then well... It wasn't something that could be avoided even if you counted every possibility of what could possibly go wrong or the sun is bright, birds are singing, so everything should be just right. That was the scariest.

Oh for sure, at least in my au. Growing up with sisters made him learn a thing or two. And even in his adulthood he's still styling his own hair. All of that curly explosion on his head to look more presentable, for his liking at least.

Does your OC Sindy have a demon form? Would she want to hang out with Alastor and Mimzy in Hell?

I drew her demon form a while ago here , but I didn't really give it too much thought since I'm not great at creating creature like characters. She's my "raccoon" girl so I drew her as one basically XD

I don't think she would like to cross paths with them again(especially with Al since all the Radio Demon and stuff and Mimzy attract too much trouble even in the best of times; Sindy has some self-preservation after all). And she had enough of them when they were all alive 🤣
