i was watching ncis with my dad tonight and i realized
ziva david is the reason i like girls
my parents used to watch ncis in the evenings when i was in elementary/middle school so when i went to say goodnight to them i’d always see her on the tv and just like...be attracted to her but not realize until years later that i’m bisexual

i will repeat a word until it sounds stupid and unintelligible sometimes so i totally feel that
on the echolalia portion, echolalia is usually seen as repeating someone else’s words out loud after they are spoken, but i think it can also take the form of repeating a thought (don’t quote me on that).
pretty sure its just something like echolalia but do u guys ever get a word stuck in ur head?? i keep mentally pronouncing ganache as guh-nah-chay instead of guh-naush

i had to stop watching because i was thinking too hard on it
so i’m still watching mha, i think i’m on season 2 episode 27 or something, so sorry if i get this wrong. i’m also in freshman college bio courses, so again sorry if i’m misguided
but nomu, right? from what has been covered so far, i know that nomu(s?) are mish-mashes of DNA that contain a bunch of quirks, which implies that there is someone who can give out quirks or that there are more quirks that can be given like one for all, and since they could match nomu to a person, it implies that the person’s DNA was altered during their lifetime so they became nomu
here’s what i don’t get: how was the DNA altered? like this dude is already living, chock full o’ cells, 46 chromosomes, mendelian genetics, so forth. and i know that irl genes from an arctic fish have been given to produce so they resist freezer burn, and like genetic modification and stuff is possible. but like, how would they take DNA from other humans and insert it into a human, and suddenly that human looks like this:
as far as i’m concerned, humans don’t have beaks and exposed brains and purple skin?
and how did they take the DNA and inject it into each and every cell in the body? like this was a whole ass grown ass preexisting human, not a fetus or egg or sperm, you can’t just yeet in a little bit of life juice™️ and expect it to work out
thank you for coming to my ted talk
