Things I did that were out of my comfort zone starting in October that I’m so glad I did:
Finally accepting the invites to go out- It was overwhelming but I made a few great friends
DnD- My group invited me to join their group to play, and it has been an awesome time so far
Made my own Mead- Super stressful, but the end result was worth it
Going out to eat by myself and honestly, going out in general by myself- Becoming less anxious, finding that eating alone, going out, watching movies alone wasn’t as bad as I thought. (At first it was awful though, but I kept doing it to face myself)
Watching anime by myself - HUGE for me. Movies in general honestly. I haven’t been able to watch anything on my own for years! I can binge again 🙌🏻 (I used to only be able to watch a few minutes, it would take me months to finish a 12 episode series ahhhh)
And many many more to come!!!
