Pierce x Rhal headcanons :3

LETS DO THIS CHAT (pls keep in mind I’m writing this at 12 am rn)

Professional door hater couple. Both of them are really tall so they would constantly get hit with it if they forgot to duck. Though, it was a good indicator that it was them when walking into a room.

Pierce and Rhal have a secret relationship since Pierce doesn’t have any actual status unlike Lady Bish, who was arranged to wed Rhal. She’s aware of Rhal and Pierce’s relationship and as long as it doesn’t get in the way of her position, she doesn’t care.

Asch is also in the know of this and once his and Rhal’s father got suspicious, Asch made Pierce his knight to save his brothers ass. Pierce did prove himself to be a very good knight which made Asch think he was good for his brother.

Pierce likes doing gentle things behind closed doors for Rhal like picking non-poisonous plants with pretty designs to give and such.

^Rhal is more loud with his affection, in a way. He is very physical and honestly? Was the one who introduced Pierce to head pats in the first place.

During Pierce’s general times, him and Rhal would stare out at the night sky together in silence, enjoying each others company. In a world where peace is unheard of, it was the closest thing they had.

Rhal was VERY protective of Pierce’s safety during battles. He’d always be keeping an eye out for Pierce, despite how many times it got himself hurt in the process.

Sometimes, they have sparing battles or strength contests for fun.(and for bets sometimes) They don’t go easy on each other but ease up when the other looks a bit too worse for wear.

When Rhal noticed how Lady Grandma talks to Pierce, he actually stood up against her for once. She’s a powerful woman but he didn’t want Pierce to be put in that position.

If there was anything Pierce missed about Rhal while he was on Earth, it would be how warm he felt against his skin. He almost became spoiled of the feeling. Sometimes, he’d sit by a fire in the winter or against the window on a sunny day to combat those feelings.

Rhal knows how Pierce’s life is in danger, it often was with how they lived. He didn’t know the full details but it was Pierce so he knew enough. He can only hope and pray that Pierce is okay.

This is meant to steer away from the canon, as well as be my own opinion on what their ages are.

It's been around two (or three?) weeks after Ava got sick from the spell pool. Rhys told them specifically NOT to the spell pool for a while.

Yet here Leif was, back on his bullshit and dragging Noi and Pierce down with him.

Leif hanged from his vines above the spell pool, Noi sits next to one of the pillars and Pierce leans against the wall next to the entrance, watching for either Asch or Rhys.

Earlier, Leif said something stupid about "age equals more knowledge", and it had spiraled into a full on debate between him and Noi, each trying to prove their own point.

"Ok- but the older you are, the more experience you have, and therefore you have more knowledge!" Leif's voice became slightly louder, passion being to take over and slowly lost sight of reasoning.

Noi however, didn't exactly see the same way. "But what if you aren't more experienced? By your logic, a 35 year old with minimum experience would be dumber than a 25 year old with lots of experience."

"No-! Ok, ok. Maybe you need an example." "Like who?" "Like me~" Noi could help but laugh a bit at Leif's statement, but he was dead serious.

"QUIT LAUGHING! I can be used as an example! I'm 19, and a fucking assassin! I can be proof that age can equal smarts."

"Leif-" Noi shifts a bit, getting up from where he was sitting " I'm 20-" "YOU'RE 20?!" "Yeah. How old did you think I was?"

Leif just stares at Noi in confused awe. To be completely honest, he thought he would be a lot younger. But no, he's a year OLDER than Leif.... wait-

"Then what about Pierce? He's an ex-milltary general. Surely he's a good example." ......

Silence. No response from Pierce, just a look that says a lot more than it ever should. Noi looks at Pierce, then at Leif, then back at Pierce. "Did you not tell him?"

"Tell me what?" ......

"Pierce?" "Hm?" "Didn't you tell him?"

"Tell me what???" At this point, Leif was much more than confused. Not only was noi being vague, Pierce wasn't even responding. It was becoming frustrating trying to predict what Noi was going to tell him.

Noi finally turns back to Leif, clearing his throat. "Uh, Leif?" "Yeah? What could be such a big deal that you had to hesi-" "Pierce is 17."

".....Wha- what?"

Noi glances at Pierce, who looks away from Leif's sudden stare. "Pierce is 17. He was just raised in the military."

...."Who let you in there????"

"That-...." Pierce looks away again, struggling to meet Leif's gaze. "That is classified information. I cannot tell you that."

Leif finally came down from his vines, but not fast enough to see Pierce leave the room. He turns to Noi for ANY more information on why something let a 17 year old be a military general, but Noi only shrugs.

"I don't know if they thought about it that much. Frankly, even I didn't think about it very much until you brought it up just now."

..."How many people know?"

"About what?"

"About Pierce being 17."

"Oh, well....you and me. I think Prince Asch, but he's always treated Pierce like an adult, so I'm not confident in that."

..."Great."

Noi glares at Leif with a puzzled look. "What do you mean 'great'?"

"This is blackmail."

"Leif I swear to fucking INERE-"

Leif dashes out into the hallway, with Noi following quickly. Pierce watches them both pass by, knowing that Leif shouldn't know his age but also knowing that no one would believe him.

Wanted to write something silly and fluffy so plz excuse me if their are any mistakes as I did not pass my English compre with flying colors.

Pierce was upset. And in a cuddly mood

He layed there on Ava's bed, shamelessly stealing all the blankets like the blanket horder he is.

Ava wasn't exactly happy that Pierce was trying to take over her bed dispite having his own, but when she actually tried to bother him about it, he ended up scouping her into his arms buried his face into her back. Purring loudly as he did so.

She gave up a moment later, simply deciding to accept her a fate and choosing to scroll on her phone till she too gave into the lure of slumber.

Rhys was leisurely reading one of the books that he had managed to borrow from the library thanks to Ava lending him her library card.

He was so immersed in his book that he didn't seem to notice the shadow that loomed over him menacingly.

What he did notice however, was the sudden, very heavy weight that decided to rest on him that afternoon.

Pierce decided that laying down on Rhys' stomach was where he was going to have his afternoon nap.

Rhys didn't even reject this, infact he took his free hand and entangled it in Pierce's hair to stroke his head, which enticed a happy purr from the sleepy demon.

Pierce lied on the sofa, happily soaking up the sun from the windows when Leif decided that provoking the demon should be what he should do.

Telepoting to the back of the couch, Leif started to poke at Pierce hoping to get some sort of reaction to it.

Pierce, to his credit, chose to ignore to excessive poking and return to sun bathing. Leif was starting get irritated that he was being ignore and choose to jump on to the couch to try and bite him.

Letting out a small 'oof' as Leif lands on him, Pierce only then decides to acknowledge him by wrapping his arms around him and pulling Leif into a bear hug.

As much as he tries to squirm free, Leif is left to the mercy of the blue demon. He promptly bites Pierce's shoulder in retaliation before snuggling against him.

(Leif could've teleported away anytime, but who was he to give up an opportunity to cuddle with Pierce.)

Noi ran around the apartment while happily being chased by johnny (who is the cat). The gray feline chased after Noi with the intention of biting at his tail.

Although, Noi wasn't having that bad of a time. He chuckled as the cat slipped across the wood floors.

Asch was laying on the couch leisurely watching as the two run back and fourth. He was content just laying there not moving when Pierce walked out of Ava's room and made eye contact with him.

Pierce motionee him over but Asch was feeling pretty lazy and just continued to lie there. Pierce just sighed before walking over and picking Asch up before throwing him over his shoulders like a sack of potatoes.

Noi walked out of the laundry room holding a rather hissy johnny. He walked into the living room and realized that where Asch was sitting was left empty.

He entered Ava's room in hopes to ask her where everybody went. However he was rather surprised to find the nook on her queen sized bed cuddling and purring happily (exept Ava cause she can't pur); even Asch seemed rather happy.

Pierce turned around from where he was to face Noi and make grabby hands at Noi.

Noi, amused by the gesture, let johnny down before walking over to Pierce. As soon as Noi was within hands reach, Pierce wraped his arms around Noi's waist before manhandling him over on to the bed.

Noi was squeezed in between Pierce and Asch. Rhys was napping besides Asch and Leif was at the other end of the bed holding Ava. At the foot of the bed were the two cats that recided in the house, also cuddling together.

Noi only let out a small sigh before relaxing into the warmth.

Shout out to my brother for beta reading this, even if he thinks its weird.

i realized it's only findable in the community and not just the tag mid, anyways Noi looks up to pierce concept hc based off of implied stuff +HCs for this too

More of a hc based of implications especially on the mini games since I like to consider that just Noi and Pierce saying things they WOULD or might say as characters, y'know?Noi looks up to Pierce and NO ONE can change my mind and I mean this figuratively because everyone probably has to look up to stare at Pierce!!

Anyways HC for this: Noi sometimes just follows Pierce around because of this.

Pierce has no clue Noi idolizes him and thinks this is 'normal Noi behavior' since he saw Noi so the same with ava once.

Noi also attempts to try the "yes." Thing but fails because he realizes he wants to say more as an answer. He is then sad he couldn't be like his idol.

Pierce sometimes just watched Noi while Noi is following him, He sometimes just walks in circles to test noi.

Noi does not realize their walking in circles. This loop can go on for hours and Ava probably has a recording of this on her phone.

Pierce has once watched Socky without Asch, he says this in the series when he zex enters the apartment at some point.

Noi was watching Socky with Pierce that time.

Pierce finds this 'Noi behavior' amusing.

Noi and Pierce spar occasionally since Noi ended up admitting once that he wants to be as strong as Pierce. Sparring is just Pierce helping Noi train. He does not see a reason to go easy on Noi so they'll spar for hours, and within 5 hours they'd spar almost 100 times because Noi keeps failing.

This isn't technically a ship for pieroi but you can make this a ship hc thing too, I just think their a funny duo since orange and blue are opposites and so are they :3

You know how he says his gang of misfits "left him behind"? You know how he also said he needed to censor what he told Ava?

This is the conversation:

"I grew up with a lot of other daemos like me. A lot of us bonded over being abandonded and things like that. I was really close with brother."

"Your brother?"

"Everyone's, really. ANyway... something happened and.... i got..."

"Something bad happened?"

"We had a job to do and... i got left behind..... Heh, it's a long story! Bunch of cowards who couldn't kill as good as I could... anyway, long story short, I met asch after I was spared."

"Spared?"

"Yeah.... (changes subject) Even though it doesn't look like it a lot of us are Asch's knights because we respect him."

Y'all. He wasn't LITERALLY left behind.

"Cowards who couldn't kill as good as I could"
