Random SDV headcanons that make me smile

Sam is actually really talented, sweet melodies and airy vocals. I like to think maybe a mac demarco, just in similarities of vocal qualities? idk, guy is just swag like that.

What I’m trying to say is: man is no way a bass, but not quite heavy on the lower end of tenor. If he tried, he could get down there.

When Sam becomes a dad he’ll be inside or on the porch with baby with an acoustic guitar singing tunes.

It’s half entertaining the kid and other half putting your kid on good stuff. I see him singing acoustic versions of Carpenters, Dolly Parton, BEATLES. If he’s a huge music nerd (i don’t think he’s quite on this level), maybe he picks up portuguese. For the sole reason of singing bossa nova songs. Probably has an Antonio Carlos Jobim album somewhere.

If ya’ll have a daughter “Baby, I have to make sure she’s cooler than all the boys. Can’t have some schmuck trying to impress our girl!”

If ya’ll have a son “Honey, our son has to know how to properly woo a lady.” *goofy whiteboy eyebrow wiggles*

Being a dad makes him slow down artiscally (literally, like his songs drop 50 BPM). He’s just really happy with the quaint life you built together so, he’s taking the time to slow himself down to really appreciate it.

He’s still just as in love with you as when you first started dating. Maybe a little deeper because of the profound positive change you had on him, and enough time has passed for him to see it. (this will become a deep character analysis if i don’t stop myself)

Shane on the farm

I think I might have mentioned this a long time ago, but I drew some Shane fanart to enter in a judged open art gallery in my area. And I won third place in my category!!!

It makes me insanely happy to have my area admire Shane art.

When I submitted my art into the gallery, there was one worker there who knew instantly that it was Shane!?! And she was so sweet about it too! My sister was with me when I was dropping off my art, and so there were three of us freaking out about Shane in that office. Everyone else was looking like “who the heck are these ladies talking about? 🤨” Also the fact that the lady recognized Shane even though he isn’t in his canon outfit proves she’s just as crazy about Shane as I am. 🙈

That one worker honestly made my day and it’s a core memory for me now. 🥺💕 I hope she knows how blessed she made me feel.
