finally had the chance to deploy Matt Colville's action-oriented monster a few weeks back, featuring this mama phase spider + her babies! :D

A pretty simple implementation of the design philosophy, but her Round 2 action went off beautifully with our rogue! :D

during character advancement our cleric had to go in search of material components. since she didn’t have enough gold for high quality materials, she had to go a real roundabout route to figure something out and ended up with these giant goddamn rib bones. her player hasn’t told me what he intends to do with them, so in the meantime I like to imagine she just has these massive godforsaken ribs hanging off of her shoulders at all times
