Anyway this is my usho-plan for Ushoran.

The idea is to remove the slaaneshi symbols from the chariot, cover it in bones and gore and ghouls, greenstuff up fixed cape for the summer King, and attach his arm with a chain acting as reigns to some crypt horrors.

It's my weird lion kitbash. Currently I'm still working on it as mental health has been not bad but not particularly good either.
