I have written some poems today and I would like to show you one in particular.

I am by me

“A mighty tree,

tall and old,

meant to stand forever,

but will not,

Trees are meant to hold life,

Trees are meant to be homes,

Trees don’t get to decide what their meant to be,

Trees are just trees after all”
