Hi...

Hey everyone. It’s been a while. A long while. 

Honestly I haven’t had time or energy to craft anything ever since caregiving takes up the bulk of my time. 

Today, when I tried to take photo of my current work in progress, I realized that my camera has stopped working. :( I think I need a major overhaul of new camera equipment. But it just isn’t my priority right now as I’m still unable to work as often as I like, and buying new equipment would still means it’s sitting in the cabinet most of the time and not using it frequently would still mean the same issue would crop up. So I decided not to splurge at this time. 

Meanwhile I will have to use my iphone for any photo taking, if I want to show any work in progress.

This is far from finished...and there is still lots to work on. 

My first time trying to assemble this new 1:12 scale miniature kit. It’s quite challenging.

Dollhouse Miniature Swiss Roll Cake Slice Mold

Hello everyone, it’s been a while. :) Excited to show you this new Dollhouse Miniature Swiss Roll Cake Slice Mold.

It comes with 2 different types of swiss roll log cakes, and 2 different styles of slice swiss roll cakes. 

You can make 1/12 dollhouse miniature size swiss roll cakes now with it. 

There is also 3 different sizes for strawberry slices, and raspberries. 

I used air dry clay to make all of those samples.

I have a couple more molds which I will slowly introduce.

Dollhouse Miniatures Purple Hydrangeas

Hello All! It’s been a while since I completed something. So excited to show you this.

I’m still always on the look out for interesting looking containers that I can use as flower planters ^^ When I saw this, I knew that it can be turned into a planter for sure :)

Gave it a new coat of paint, and a little distressing work, and here’s how it looks with purple hydrangeas in it. What do you think? 

Also tied a pink ribbon on the handle to add a dash of feminine cuteness into it.

Here is a photo of the scale comparison. This is a 1/12 scale wash stand table. The planter looks just nice on it. :)

Dollhouse Miniatures- Blue Hydrangeas

The last piece was sold rather quickly, and I thought of making another one of them. This time round, I swapped the colors. A white french bread bin and blue hydrangeas.

Dollhouse Miniature Flowers- Beige Hydrangeas

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. I made this flower arrangement just a few days ago and completed it today :)

I believe this is the first time I attempted making beige hydrangeas. I think it goes well with a blue container of some sort, so I made a bread bin to go along with it.

This is the first time I am making a blue bread bin, I think!

Instead of de-stressing it, I gave it a light coat of white wash.

My latest piece of work! Made some oval victorian gift boxes with the soft flora background design. I’m loving this new background paper, so I will also try to incorporate that into some miniature work :) 

A soft peony flower sits on top of this set of trio miniature boxes.

It’s been sold :) I’ll be making another set for sure. :)

Miniature Clay Mold for Dollhouse Miniature Biscuits Danish Cookies Crackers

Hello! Finally a new mold is now available in my shop! And there is much to be excited about. Although this mold makes dollhouse minaiture biscuits, danish cookies, crackers, there is so much more potential to use them for other projects due to their delicate and thin design. You can use them to decorate gingerbread houses, or cakes!

Gerbera Daisies in Oval Pot

I have a little something newly made over this week. A pot of cool pink tone gerbera daisies presented in an oval pot!

The oval pot holds 10 stalks of gerbera daisies. I really like how oval pot flower arrangements look. Just different from the square pot :)

I am also liking the new pink paper beneath. So sweet. :))

I want to try my hand at making some blue gerbera daisies next. :)

Dollhouse Miniature Sweet Pink Gerbera Daisies

Here’s my new box of sweet pink gerbera daisies. This time round, this pink is more of a cool tone pink :)

Also, if you can notice, the stamen of the flower is a new improved version. I found a new material to make the stamen, and because it’s so much more fine, I can do a better paint job ;)

I know this has been a repeated item, but these do get sold out quickly so I do remake them often. 

I will make a round box version soon! ^^

Dollhouse miniature medium pink gerbera daisies in 1/12 scale

My new set of dollhouse miniature medium pink gerbera daisies is out in my store. 

This is one my favorite photos :) Nice and bright!

I bought some miniatures recently, but it will only arrive in June. It’s not released yet, but I’m really excited about them. I’m not sure if they would really fit into the 1/12 scale, but I’ll take a look and compare it with the rest of my 1/12 scale miniatures when I get them ^^

Dollhouse Miniature Round Flora Victorian Gift Boxes

Made these dollhouse miniature round flora victorian gift boxes. With a new printer, the color does look different on paper even if it is the same design. But I’m loving the color of what this printer produce. It’s much softer and lighter :)

I used a bright pink rose to decorate the top of the boxes. With a pale box print, I could also use a slightly brighter pink ribbon to decorate it.

Some things just take time. We don't need to do everything fast or perfectly. We just have to keep learning and moving forward, a little every day. Steady, imperfect progress is better than none at all. Forward is forward, no matter how slow. "No one can jump from zero to a hundred. No one can wake up an expert on something new. We simply have to go through the process. We can use all our energy questioning, doubting, and judging, or we can use it to move forward, one tiny, imperfect step at a time, knowing we’re getting closer to our goals every day.
