New Pazzmatsu Official Illustration Book~Pre-orders out now!

Hey there! Sorry that we have... disappeared for a REALLY long time. Real life and other interests took over our lives.

Since New Pazzmatsu has ended (it ended on January 28, 2019), we decided we should make one last post before officially retiring.

That being said, 

Yes! The pre-orders for this lovely artbook is out NOW! The book will be officially released on April 1st 2019.

You can pre-order from Animate and ebten! You can either only order the artbook OR order the artbook+acrylic charms bundle!

If you order the bundle from animate you will get the “Another One...” Charm set.

If you order the bundle from ebten you will get the “Young Seriously Hunting Magical Girls” (okay we came up with this name because this is apparently a pun in Japanese. Staff, please. We honestly couldn’t come up with anything better) Charm set.

Hi! I'm new to pazzmatsu and trying to figure stuff out. I see the link to GB's guide, but it seems to have a password lock. Is the password available? If it isn't, where can I look to find out how to play the game? Thank you!

I’m not sure which version of pazzmatsu you are playing but the first version of pazzmatsu has been shut down.

The second version, New Pazzmatsu, will also be shut down in January I think.

We currently don’t have a guide on how to play it and I can’t find one. Sorry ^^;;;

But it’s pretty much like candy crush if you have played it before. A match 3 game. You can have 2 characters to play with, a main and a sub. The main will be your profile picture. Each character will have their own skill to help you win the game. The higher your combo, the higher your score. To activate skills, you need to match the color of the brother whose skill you want to activate. Eg. You want to activate Osomatsu’s skill, so you need to match red osomatsu blocks.

It seems the app service will be closed next year, January 2019. It's sad to see Pazzmatsu to finally go, considering it's one of the earliest games, coming in before Tabimatsu but c'est la vie.

What happens when you Force Stop the app through the application settings, and open it again? Does it still not allow you to go anywhere else?

In any case, there’s a maintenance scheduled today, so hopefully whatever bug it is will be fixed through there.

Hey i want to ask about something I play pazzmatsu 5 days ago and i kinda stuck at newbie guide that new player must roll gacha , but after i play gacha i can't go anywhere :'( What should i do ? I just re installed it but it didnt change anything

So us mods don’t really play anymore, and I can’t remember how this one goes... Can you send us pics to show what’s the problem/error that pops up?

The only thing I can’t think of is why you can’t proceed is because you haven’t chosen your sextuplet “players”. You gotta chose a main and a secondary, just go to the characters page, then click on one of them, then click either the gold/silver button.

Let me know if this helps, or if the problem persists.

Its pazzmatsu like tabimatsu where I have to save my account multiple times, or is it a one time thing?

Nope! You can make a personal ID and password when you first try to data takeover. You just need to remember the ID and password. Screenshotting is a good way to save it.

Hi! I think I got a problem like, at first qooapp didn't let me do the update. So I try to desinstall and reinstall the game but it Wars the same. Si I try to do the same with qooapp and I could have done the update, but it's starting a whole new game! Is this because I desinstall the game or qooapp? And can I have my data back by any chance ? Thank you in advance!

I think this happened because you uninstalled the game.

For QooApp if there is no update, please wait until the update is available. Or you can update it through a Japanese Google Play account.

And yes! you can have your data back, but only if you made your New Pazz Id first and remember your password.

I just installed Pazzmatsu but it says there's a server error so it keeps asking me to try again later. Is there any way to fix this?

Hi there! Can you please send us a screenshot of the message?

But if the problem is what I am guessing...

You unfortunately cannot play New Pazz on a device that is rooted or jailbroken. The game will detect it and not work. On emulator you can turn those off. New Pazz can only work on legitimate devices.

Hello! I’m Valeria. I really want to play Pazzmatsu, I installed it in QooApp and when I want to play I got this notice and I get the screen black … I have my internet near me and it’s the last update. I need help… What does it mean?

Hi Valeria!

Is your device rooted? If it is, you need to find a way to get it unrooted. On an emulator, you can turn the root/jailbreak option on or off.

This message is saying it detected “fraudlet activity” which is why the game will not work. You need to get a legitimate device to play New Pazz.

If you are talking about the original Pazzmatsu, it’s service was cancelled a few months back.

for submitting a screenshot, we have a submission box somewhere where you can upload a photo and send it to us!

hi!! i just got one of my 5-stars to level 100, but it won't let me level up more because i need 10 of a certain thing... and how do some people have 6-stars?? i'm new to the game, sorry 😅

You probably need some pears. Get them from the coin gacha or the daily event! (Either it was the M/W or T/TH event)- mod ichi

hello! I tried to install new pazzmatsu through qooapp but when I start the game, I can go past the screen where I guess it's downloading content? It stays at 0% even if I keep waiting, so I can't play. Should I wait more or is it not normal?

Hmm… I haven’t encountered this error before.

Try installing the game in an area with better connection and wait. It takes a while to install.
