@just-here-4-vibez
In my own words (because this experience might be different for everyone) a tulpas thoughts/wants are more dominant in a front.
Sometimes this means your own thoughts will become dormant for a bit, like how a tulpa doesnt always talk/have thoughts. This doesnt mean you don’t exist, you’re just sitting backseat.
If you’re asking how to get a tulpa to front?
- they should be talking/sharing thoughts while the host is fronting.
- ask them if they’re comfortable with fronting. If they’re nervous then dont force it on them, but encourage them to be themselves.
- let your tulpa keep talking/having thoughts. Dont shut them down, just listen. Dont talk over them.
- it should feel natural. Not anxiety provoking or amnesia like. There is no disorderly part to tulpamancy.
I hope i explained this well enough.. lol please lmk if you have specific questions
- 🪞 (Matt)
I’m m fronting for the first time… this is wild. - Adam 🩻

btw, if you say you're a system, or if you say you're plural, I will believe you. no matter what. it doesnt matter how many alters you have, amounts of amnesia you have, how good or bad your communication is, whatever. if you say you are plural, then in my eyes, you are plural, and I will love you no matter what.

What a lot of people think self-dxing is:
*sees a video of traits* I do that, so now I’m gonna call myself that
What it actually is:
*sees video or post about traits* oh hey I do that
*gets curious and looks it up*
*denies having it cause “i don’t relate to this at all”*
*realizes that they do, diagnostic criteria are just very ridged and don’t provide a lot of explanation*
*maybe a breakdown or two*
*talks to friends who have it*
*laughing about this anxiety, only for the scary moment of “oh yeah no that sounds like *insert disorder here**
*talks to a therapist if able*
*talks to strangers who have it*
“Maybe it’s not this, maybe it’s this…”
*More research to try to prove themselves wrong*
*realizes all the childhood/teenage moments that should have been a red flag*
“Well, all these other people have it like this, but mine is different, so I don’t have it!” “No, that’s still a trait/symptom, just less well know or less sensationalized”
*finally coming to terms that maybe you have it*
*depending on what the disorder is, fearing your social life is fucked*
And that’s that. I have never heard of a person going “haha I do that” and calling it a night. There’s always way more to it.

not every system has a gatekeeper.
not every system has a set host.
not every osdd system has less than 50 alters.
not every polyfrag system has more than 1000 alters.
not every system has an innerworld.
not every system can access their innerworld.
not every system hates their system.
not every system knows everything about themselves.
not every system knows nothing about themselves.
not every system sees themselves in the same way.
everyone’s system is different. everyone deals with their systemhood differently and has different views on systemhood.
you are not broken or wrong or faking for not being like someone else. you’re just different, like every system is <3

Not quite sure who was fronting at the time, but our face did NOT look normal. Kept changing rapidly.. very distorted.
And thats on depersonalization!

Shoutout to people who have "annoying" and "uncomfortable for others", type of tics.
Shoutout to people who tend to have a lot of tic attacks.
Shoutout to people with coprolalia, copropraxia, etc.
Shoutout to people with "bad and ugly" tics.
Those who's face get twisted, and looks "ugly"
Those who can't do anything because of their tics.
Those who struggle with walking, eating, etc.
I see you
And I don't think you're a bad person for it, I don't think you're a burden for others, you aren't, you are as valuable as people without tics.

Repeating again, trying to gaslight people into believing they have trauma is extremely dangerous!
Could you imagine if this was a thing in any other community?
Could you imagine if there were people who decided that chronic depression had to always be caused by childhood trauma, and anyone who was depressed must have had trauma in childhood that caused it.
And you know, I really don't like using the word "gaslight" lightly. But there's not a better term for this.
What are posts like this if not trying to convince people to question their own sanity and their judgement of their own personal experiences?
@thewoodlandsys
Why are you trying to convince strangers they have secret trauma they're not aware of?
More importantly, why are you posting this in endogenic tags?
(This had been posted in the "#endo safe" tag but was removed.)
Anyway, the premise itself is pretty flawed. Most endogenic systems I know don't have DID or the amnesia typically associated with DID, or other symptoms of a dissociative disorder.
I know I repost this all the time, but it keeps needing to reposted... According to the World Health Organization's ICD-11, you don't need a disorder to be plural. It allows for what it describes as multiple "distinct personality states" without any sort of mental disorder.
Non-disordered and endogenic systems exist and are backed by the World Health Organization. Period. No way around it.
Now stay out of our tags!

Just wolf therian things (for fun)
Shaking your entire body when getting out of water despite having no fur
Phantom paws when lying in bed
The urge to continue on all fours when walking uphill
Actually walking on all fours when walking upstairs
The urge to nuzzle your muzzle into soft things
I need a cuddle pile right now
The urge to growl, but instead just pulling up your nose and upper lip
MEAT
Secretly curling up fingers to create paws to create the idea of walking on all fours when you can't
The darkness my beloved
Wanting to sniff something and then realize you cannot smell shit (LITERALLY)
Why do my friends never playfight with me
Sounding like a damn husky when complaining while shifty
In other words: ABOAWOAWOAW
