I don’t know why I have to say this but support small artists!! Support artists who don’t have 1,000, 30,000 listeners on Spotify!! Support your local musicians and muralists and craftsmanship!! Support small Etsy and local shops instead of SHEIN and Temu (Obviously if you’re able to, this is not a classist page).
Recently I’ve found this absolute gem of an artist scrolling through Spotify, and to my surprise he’s only had 10-14 monthly listeners and produces music akin to 90’s rap. His “Crucifix remix” has been blasting in my car for the past week, and it’s actually incredible how many things he covers in his music from discrimination in so many shapes to our broken school system and so much more and it’s genuinely so fucking good. So much positivity in such a negative world. It’s so comforting to hear, especially growing up on west coast rap like Tupac, Snoop, NWA, etc its my fucking jam. just thought I’d share this with y’all

Yes! I have tarot decks and pendulums put aside for specific uses- a lapis pendulum I use for Artemis, a tarot deck I use for communicating with the gods, and another deck for personal use, and use with friends. In my experience it’s helped my clarity with readings, and helped me form a closer connection with Artemis! It helps me sort out what I should be focusing on easier as well as feeling in tune with the convo I’m trying to have with *insert god here*.
Blessings to you! Lots of good vibes coming your way ❤️
To Apollo devotees
Just a question. Can I have a tarot card deck dedicated only to him so when I want to converse with the Sun God himself I can just pull out this deck??
From a new devotee ☀️

This is such a accurate depiction of my worship of Dionysus- a bong rip for the big man 🙏❤️
Just offered Dionysus a picture of a bong being filled from a stream I printed out from Pinterest. I hope you like it 😭😂

The first thing I’d advise is cleansing your space as much as possible (I use incense and a water sprayer with some essential oils, Bells also work well in my experience) then khernips, a libation with a small prayer and/or hymn, and sometimes I use oranges as an offering whenever I feel Apollo isn’t very happy with me. Usually whenever I’ve had similar experiences I take it as a sign from him to make sure my space is clean of bad energy, making it a bit more comforting for him. I also clean what I can and spend time in the sun, with music of course.
Along with the protection charm breaking I’d say it perhaps has absorbed some bad vibes and it may be time to create a new one with Apollo (after the first bit of course).
I hope all is well and this works out for ya, goodluck hun! Blessings coming your way 🙏❤️
I am very worried Apollo is mad at me
first my protection charm broke and then when I went to light the candles on his altar this horrible burning plastic smell started and it was so bad I almost threw up
Idk what to do or what I did to upset him and I don’t know how to fix it
Please help also please comment or rblog with advice or answers

Every time I lay in the sun I consider it a hug from Apollo. He’s just so radiant and lovely ❤️
Do you think Apollo is warm to hug? Like do you think it's comforting? I've been thinking about it a lot. Could really do with an Apollo hug right now.

THE GODS ARE NOT THEIR MYTHS —
I'd like to begin by stating that all religions have mythos. Christianity has the bible, Islam has the Quran, etc. That is to say, that most of these religions are centered in mythic literalism, as portrayed in their sacred texts.
The mythology surrounding the Gods, since we do not hold a sacred book, has been written by worshippers, for other worshippers, rather than prophets.
While myths may paint the Gods with human-like flaws, these narratives are symbolic, representing aspects of the human experience and the natural world rather than literal truth. The gods embody ideals, fears, and cultural values of ancient Greece, serving as a mirror to humanity's own complexities. In essence, the myths are not factual accounts but rather rich, allegorical tales that reveal deeper truths about existence, morality, and the cosmos, used by the ancients in order to make more sense of the divine, in their own perspective of the world.
We must also remember that whilst a lot of the subjects in these myths do include traits deemed unacceptable in our modern world, the ancients had different values and beliefs that were seen as "acceptable" or at least normative in their societies. Thus, we cannot place modern morals onto ancient writings.
Often times, people look down upon worshippers of the Gods, due to the mythology and the "horrible acts" they've committed, but this limited view embodies, again, mythic literalism, which is not present in Hellenic Mythology.
Instead, we must look outside of these myths for evidence of the Gods; both in the lives of the ancients, and in our own.
// short one today, because i could speak about this topic for ages, but i don't want to bore you all too much.

Hey guys, just wondering if there are any pagan snap groups or discord groups for us Hellenic Polytheists and/or pagans?
Lately I’ve been feeling really lonely in my faith and it’s been kinda making me spiral being the only pagan person in my town. I know that like we don’t need a church or super organized religion and all that stuff but I really need a sense of community right now. I know that this seems pretty Debby downer of me but I would rather be transparent with all of you than not ask for help. Please pray for me guys, may the Gods smile down on y’all ❤️

This!! And as you said there’s definitely a twisted view of gods in these spaces. Like no Ares isn’t some ultra controlling “alpha” who is drooling over you and won’t let you go to clubs. Hades is not leaving Persephone for you. Artemis isn’t going to let you “hit it”. No Gods are going to make you queen or king of blank. It’s honestly a sad thing to me because that’s what a lot of people outside the community are starting to think polytheism is. Like no, I promise we don’t all treat them with this disrespect.
Probably will get shit for this, but I am SO tired of seeing God spousing shit everywhere.
I mean no hate towards the act of actual God spousing!!! but the way the internet (particularly tiktok) has created and popularized it into something that is almost entirely people intentionally attention seeking and/or in some degree of delusion is worrying and disrespectful.
Apollo is not your baby girl. Loki is not your boyf who loves watching horror movies with you. They are not your husband. They are not uwu making you blush and giggle and kick your feet. They are not sliding a hand down your pants and making you c>m. You are not pregnant with their astral children. And no, most people are not god spoused.
The problem is not that it's a different path than me. I don't care about that. I love different paths, even the "cringe" ones like pop culture worship and digital magic and etc etc. And even things I dislike/do cringe a bit at such as "left hand path" or "dark witchcraft" or "black magic witch" are not a problem! Just because something isn't for me (or someone else) doesn't make it dangerous or problematic.
My problem is (varying degrees of) spiritual delusion and psychosis, appropriation and misrepresentation of actual practices, and disrespect towards deities and paganism as a whole. Which is most of what I see in online god spousing spaces. (And unfortunately often in online pagan + witch communities as a whole, which I've discussed before.)
Please. You are 16 (often.) Delete those Tumblr posts and Tiktoks. Just move on. Learning and growing is normal and good! We have all been through phases or beleifs we cringe at and leave in the past. You have no reason to cling to bs. Stop the disrespect (to both the Gods and your own mind), and make something legitimately beautiful for yourself in your practice. Learning and growing is normal and good!!!

Why are some christians so intent on being rude because others don’t follow their beliefs?
Like I’ve been trying to have nice conversations with christians about all the beautiful things about religion, but they seem so intent on saying hurtful stuff for a religion based on a cool dude who seemed like a nice and generous guy… I know that not every or even most christians are bad people and that being kind is a big part of it, but I genuinely don’t know why it feels impossible to find nice christian folk. Like I know we have different beliefs and I think that’s cool! I won’t judge you, just don’t judge me? I really do believe that some parts of Christianity are really cool, interesting or inspiring and about being a good person, but I never see people practice what they’re preaching. It just makes me sad. Like why can’t I enjoy sitting at your table just because we believe differently. I only wanted to share my bread with you.

I don’t post a lot of Aphrodite content but I feel like this needed to be said:
I am so freaking grateful for these little blessings in my life. Like the waking up next to my boyfriend, and my cat sitting by my pillow waiting for me, and the smell of fresh roses when I walk up to work. Thank Aphrodite for all she does.
I was sitting after a 10-10 double shift, thinking. How lucky am I, to get to come home to a loving family? After a long day, how amazing is it to see the person (and cat) I adore? It just felt right. She truly does magic.

Right now I’ve been learning Greek as a devotional act to Hermes, and how to play the Lyre for Apollo, but good resources are so scarce! I’ve just been using Duolingo as a resource for Greek and haven’t found any that are for absolute beginners so if you guys know any resources for either please share. 🙏
May the Gods smile when they glance at y’all ❤️

Offerings don’t need to be expensive or bought
I’ve noticed throughout the pagan community that there’s a compulsion to associate offerings and their value, with monetary value. Even though so many people on so many platforms have tried their best to bring this to light, I still even find myself questioning if my hymns and natural offerings are enough.
I truly believe that in between religious corruption and capitalism, pagan spaces have been heavily influenced by consumerism: a value that’s so far removed from the origins of our practice. Most of the worshippers in Hellenic polytheism, (and many other pagan practices) are low income! As someone who works two jobs, lives with their working boyfriend AND lives without certain utilities (I have water powered housing), the cost of living is still way too high for the average person.
With limited time, money, and patience, sometimes I just say thank you. Sometimes I just spend some time outside, or find cool leaves and those offerings go to my deities. Pinecones, bottle caps, cute flowers. All of these are real examples of offerings I’ve made.
Using affordable materials has drastically changed my relationship with the Gods… it’s improved by so much! I feel closer, down to earth with these beings, and I’m able to afford my groceries doing so. I sing a hymn in the car or say thank you, and though it doesn’t require much, they appreciate it the same (if not more so)!
May the Gods look down and smile at their worshippers, especially the ones who need them the most.

I’m thankful for Hermes and travel, and I feel him when I drive, or am at the farmers market.
I’m grateful for Apollo and music, philosophy and how he shines through each rhythm and beat in the music I listen to.
I’m appreciative of Artemis and the independence she brings me, strength and the courage that passes through when standing up for what I believe in. The connection with wildlife and instincts, the empowerment I feel from her as a woman, all of it I owe to her.
The Gods look at us worshippers and smile, knowing they are treasured.

Cute photographs of my babies (basically).
Hey, y'all, I am immensely stressed, so I will be taking a break from posting for a little bit. I appreciate that so many people are finding my posts helpful recently. I'll be back on after things calm down, not sure how long - maybe a week or two. Moving has taken a serious toll on me. Take care, everyone. 🧡
P.S. If anyone wants to send me cute pet or animal pics, I would greatly appreciate it, actually.
