he has a small group of people that he enjoys spending his time with and wreaking havoc with , roman is one of those selected few. pepa can admit that his ego is the size of texas and it doesn’t help that no one has put him in his place yet , maybe it’s who he is or simply it’s the status of what people portray him to be . he’s glancing at himself in the mirror for what he feels is the billionth time already ❛ well, I’m sorry we all can't be as handsome as you , papi but this ——- ❜ he makes a momentary pause and signals towards his entire frame ❛ takes time . ❜ he finished his prose with a small grin tainting his features ❛ what exactly are we doing tonight , I was thinking club then maybe we can go to this new strip , my buddy opened just a few months ago . ❜

music was the best way for his outlet , it always had been through music and this time that’s exactly what he was doing to deal with his grief , it was crazy how now - after all this time , he was actually listening to his therapist about the shit he should have listened to years ago . he doesn’t realize the male is talking to him until he removed the airpods from his ear ❛ s’did you say something , man ? ❜ he puts the pencil down on top of the notepad as onyx hued scan the hommes features, followed by another shot being chugged down.

day drinking wasn’t his most attractive look but with his mothers anniversary coming back up , this time of year isn’t the best left hand wrapped around the glass, the amber colored liquor calling out to him as if telling him that two drinks weren’t enough , then it was four and now five . what disrupts him from his thoughts is the homme beside him , his head tilts up slightly ❛ peachy —— the best . ❜ it was a sarcastic reply but it’s not like he’s really in the mood to talk

       " are you––– alright ?? " he turned to look at the guy that was in a really moody state. he wasn't sure how to properly R E A C T . but the monologue he just gave could either be three things, he was practicing some scene, he actually lost someone, or he broke up with someone. but he was not ready to assume anything.

he was drunk , maybe too drunk to be taking to a whole stranger about his feelings but then again who else could he talk to that he didn’t know that well , in reality he didn’t really have a lot of people that he considered friends. ❛ oh sweetheart , if I was offending you - you would know . ❜ he turns over to the bartender , signaling him over ❛ give me a double and whatever the princess is taking . pick your poison , preciosa ( gorgeous ) . ❜

sasha was confused but not so confused that she couldn't come up with some sort of response. "am i meant to be offended?" she asked, her head cocked to the side.

he knows that this will end in destruction , he knows that whatever he touches - he destroys and he doesn’t wanna ruin her , not like he’s ruined other women and. if he was a better man , he would let her go and let her be happy with someone who could give her everything she deserved but that’s the thing , he wasn’t a good man. he was selfish , manipulative and downright compulsive . ❛ you’re the one that came in , didn’t even greet me properly . ❜ his greeting would usually end up with her naked in satin sheets but then again , he knew he had been in someone else’s bed. not that he would blatantly tell her that right now ❛ I don’t think guilty is the right word , maybe concerned . wouldn’t want you to be mad at me for some fabrications . ❜ he added but then his smile turned bigger as he saw the brunette walk towards him , sitting next to him and propping her legs on his now . ❛ this is close enough but why stop when you could get closer ❜ he pulls on her hand and makes her straddle his lap ❛ this is perfect , I can look clearly at your beautiful face now ❜ he murmurs , one of his hand cupping her face sweetly while the other rested on her waist .

while gemma considered herself single and having a good time, she still kept coming back to him. she wasn't naïve to pepa's ways but she couldn't say that it didn't bother her at times. she was just trying to chill after a long day, comfortable in shorts and a tank. tired and not in a mood to argue. "i'm right here, why are you so far away?" she retorted, a slight annoyance in her tone. "i dunno, you tell me. funny how you assume you did something wrong... it's giving guilty." she can feel his eyes on her as he is shameless in checking her out. gemma rolled her eyes and got up to move closer, sitting next to him with her legs draped over his lap. "is this close enough for you?"

he’s never one to be too open with anyone , but this is regina. someone that probably had seen him at his worst and decided that he was worth being her friend. he turns to look at her smiling ❛ you look like a bummer . ❜ he says with an annoyed expression taking over as he fixes the rings on his fingers , one that had been handed down by his late big brother. ❛ &. why do you look like that ? ❜ he was deflecting and he simply shrugged his shoulders and closed off right away walking over to the bar in the middle of the living room, he poured half a cup of whiskey downed it down in one swift movement and then proceeded to pour himself another one . he turns grand another cup filling up a little just a few inches below his . he walks back and hands regina the glass cup with the amber colored liquor ❛ so , have you heard I might have a new step mommy , heard she’s kind of hot if you ignore the gremlin nose . ❜

head tilting to the side and brow creasing slightly, her gaze fixes on the male. ❝ well. that's a bummer, ❞ she says after blinking away her confusion. ❝ i've been stockpiling candles and prayers like a doomsday prepper in case the need for a mystical hole filling ceremony ever arises. ❞ regina was not expecting to be hit with a bout of existential dread, but she's long since learned that while she can't predict pepa's moods, she can certainly just ... go with it. ❝ why do you sound like something out of an early 2000s emo playlist ? oh, wait ! ❞ a small pause as she taps a digit against her chin in feigned thought. ❝ are those lyrics from a dashboard confessional song? ❞ she asks with a chuckle, blurting out the name of the first emo band she could think of.

he's made friends here and there , growing into being a better person or at least tricking people into believing he's a better person. he watches the group of girl doing the blow job shots and he cannot help but grin at the image of the women but the femme beside him pulls on his sleeves as he looks at her and shortly after listens to her prose. he takes a hold of her hand ❛ maybe this isn't really your type of vibe but this might be ----  ❜ he pulls on her hand and turns before he decides to pull her in the direction he was going ❛ promise , i'm not a serial killer  ❜

pedro pablo " pepa " jaramillo was born on devils night ( or at lease thats what his grandmother used to say ) , born two minutes later than his twin sister at 10:02 am on october 31st, in medellin colombia.   a fact that his twin loved to rub in his face , since she was born earlier , she was the boss and he had to do whatever she said. growing up with a majority masculinity in the jaramillo household was anything but pleasant. unlike his sister , he needed to prove that he was a jaramillo. that entailed fighting with his older brothers , in their mind : they were making him tougher. in his , well lets just say that it got worse before it got better. if there was anything that pepa was good at , it was certainly charming his way through any trouble he got himself into . ever since he was a little kid , trouble and pepa seemed like the perfect match : soulmates even. if there was anyone that pepa admired it was his father , he knew who they were , he knew what they did and still for someone reason , the thought of being part of something so dangerous , it made him feel powerful , respected. if there was anything that he learned from his father , it was simply that people respected power and they were royalty , no one dare even look at them the wrong way, he had learned that at a very young age. 

at the age of twelve , his father decided that he would allow pepa to go with his oldest brother to a " meeting " it was supposed to be some kind of pardon from the Mexican cartel, their had been some bad blood and things were going to be amended. he knew this was his one shot to show his father , that he was man enough to be part of the family business. though things didn't turn out like that . right before coming down to an agreement , it was called off and that their had to be a price to pay, blood for blood . it all happened in a blur and the next thing as he looks down at his hands . he sees them covered in blood, his attempts to save his brothers life were futile , they shared a moment , a small moment before he lost him . the ride back home was silent , its like the world around him stopped moving, like there was nothing else that mattered . as he stepped in colombian soil, he locked himself up in his chambers and didn't speak to anyone , not even his twin , he didn't even attend his own brothers funeral. shortly after that , his mother decided that a life in colombia wasn't the best , especially for camilo , who was still rather young. 

MIAMI was the next destination , his father had a lot of connections and people he trusted in , people who would  bend backwards just to make sure that they had someplace to lay their heads. even his father started a winery business , to launder the money in of course. you can take the man out of the violence but you can't take the violence out of the man. his father was a prime example of this. the problem with business such as theirs , you always have a target on your back and most of the time , you're not even the goal itself . his mother was clear representation of that . another one lost , another one that had suffered at the hands of his father , part of him resented him , for letting this happen once again. 

as the years went by , everything changed . the family wasn't the same and it all became about greed for his father, something that sadly pepa learned all too well. with a family like theirs , with the type of life that they lived . pepa needed an escape , new york city was the place . he needed something that he could use instead of having blood on his hands. music was that outlet , music was what helped him get through life and it's what landed him in the city of dreams, a platinum recording artist and the co owner of JARAMILLO ROCK RECORDS but nothing in this life comes without a little bit of suffering. the true question is would this be a venture for the jaramillo twin or would this be the end of the line.
