i cobbled together a facebook post work skin for AO3, so here it is for anyone who might want to use it. you can set avatars, comments, 1-tier nested replies to comments, time posted and number of likes on each post/comment/reply (it should be easy enough to add different emojis if you so choose, but that is not included here), and fake-tag users within comments.
