Waking up in tears isn't okay anymore. Hating myself every time I see that face in the mirror isn't okay anymore. I'm tired of feeling like this, its not okay anymore. My fear of always losing everyone because I'm just fucking not good enough isn't okay anymore. I can't keep swallowing tears and biting my tongue. That's not okay anymore.. Nothing is okay anymore. I'm not okay anymore. I wish I could change it. But I can't.
