Came out to my parents and Family as Nonbinary. They attempt to understand and support me mostly but they just dont seem to get it. Having to convince my mom to get me a binder and having a breakdown crying everytime after. I feel super dysphoric rn all the time lately. I've been having intrusive thoughts. I cant stop seeing horrible things flash before my eyes. Like a dull blade cutting my head off, getting hit by cars, getting pushed down stairs, or coming downstairs to find my dogs dead bloody corpse. I'm scared something's wrong with me. I'm only 16 and I know I have Social Anxiety and ADHD, but I was mentally abused by my cousin for 12 years so maybe somthings really wrong with me. I've been suicidal since 14. I have a plan I'm NOT going to act out at least not anymore, but every once and a while I think about it. Am I crazy??? I feel really disconnected from my friends and I dont feel our connections any more and I worry none of them really like me. I keep hearing the line from BMTH's 'Avalanche' "I need a cure for me. Cause the square doesnt fit the circle. Give me a remedy, cause my head wasnt right for this world"
