Lord’s Prayer

There is no such thing as "good magic", that is a lie the enemy tells us every day.

I am not trying to hurt your relationship with Him, I am trying to help you.

Sometimes it’s perfectly acceptable to retaliate. If you kindly Do Unto Others as You Would have them do unto you…. And they still treat you badly.. it’s time to become their golden rule. They have done unto you and now it is up to you to fulfil the prophecy. They wanted this.. who are you to deny.

This is the time in this season to be fully aware and fully impassioned for the things of God. Do not let the noise and distraction of the things of the world steal your attention in this critical hour! Set your full affections completely on the things that are above and don't be swayed by anything this world has to offer.

"Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth." - Colossians 3:2 KJV

Prayer:

        LORD JESUS, YOU ARE THE ONE WHO WALKS SILENTLY IN THE INNERMOST SANCTUARY  OF MY SOUl.  BECAUSE OF MY ONENESS WITH YOU, YOUR LOVE IS NOURISHING MY HEART SO I CAN BEAR FRUIT FOR YOUR KINGDOM.  TOUCH ME WITH YOUR CLEANSING, RENEWING FIRE.

Receive Peace that Never Leaves You

Think about a time when you were worried. How did you deal with it? Maybe you tried to distract yourself, or perhaps you let your mind race through your problems. It’s natural to want to respond to our worries this way, but God shows us a better way to respond.

Not long before Jesus went to the cross, He told His disciples that He would be leaving them. Worried about experiencing life without Him, the disciples wanted answers. But instead of giving them the response they hoped for, Jesus told His disciples to be at peace and not let their hearts be troubled.

Imagine how frustrating this must have been for His followers. They sensed that Jesus was leaving, but they were trying to align what He was saying with their ideas for the future.

They questioned His words because they couldn’t understand them.

In the same way, we can also be quick to try to find solutions to our problems when we’re worried. We can let our understanding of current events cloud our thinking and influence our conversations with God. But God’s purposes are beyond what we can see and understand.

When Jesus told the disciples to be at peace and not worry, Jesus saw beyond the cross—He saw His resurrection, His return to heaven, and the arrival of the Holy Spirit.

In the same way, He sees beyond our situations.

Because we live in an imperfect world, we will experience disappointments and hardships—but because we serve a good God, He sees beyond the bad things we go through. He sees our future filled with hope.

Jesus told His disciples to be at peace because He wanted them to trust in Him. Similarly, God wants us to be at peace in every situation as we trust Him to work things out for our good and His glory.

So take some time today to reflect on some of the situations that are causing you to worry. Then, take a moment to tell God that you trust Him with each of these circumstances. Imagine handing Him each concern, and allow Him to hand you His peace in return.

Deuteronomy 18,9-12

9 When you enter the land the Lord your God is giving you, do not learn to imitate the detestable ways of the nations there. 10 Let no one be found among you who sacrifices their son or daughter in the fire, who practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft, 11 or casts spells, or who is a medium or spiritist or who consults the dead. 12 Anyone who does these things is detestable to the Lord; because of these same detestable practices the Lord your God will drive out those nations before you.

BITTERNESS

Bitterness is a form of anger toward God and others that brings despair of soul. It is a hatred of others and a lack of forgiveness of their wrongs, whether those wrongs are real or perceived. Our bitterness grieves that situations have not been made “right” according to our own expectations. Bitterness causes us to miss out on God’s grace in daily life, and it spreads trouble to others (Heb. 12:15). Contrary to bitterness are joy, love, and meekness.

BITTERNESS in the heart says such things as: "I want others to suffer for their wrongs against me." "I hate them." "God has done wrong to me." "I can't get over this."
