Leaflet Analysis
Tai Kong Phuket Handicraft Community
Tai Kong Phuket leaflet advertises the company's products. Their products are clothes, bags, ceramics that are handmade by special Thai silk, for example.
Is the Tai Kong Phuket leaflet effective to the tourists reading it? What audience are they aiming for? Supposedly for people who are interested in many different cultures. This will most probably attract tourists who enjoy their time travelling through Asia. Thai silk, clothes, bags, etc., are unique and will catch the attention of tourists who aren't familiar with Thai culture, as well as people who are interested in fashion. Because of this, the leaflet is very traditional Thai themed, to hook in those interested in Thai culture. It displays the uniqueness of Thailand. The likely audience are people who enjoy different cultures, travelling and are interested in Thai souvenirs.
What else does the leaflet include? The leaflet includes many vivid and beautiful pictures of their products, as well as pictures of the progress of making the products. This makes the leaflet visually pleasing to the audience and will get them interested in the products. It may also show how handmade and professionally made the products are, getting the reader interested.
How does the writing have an effect on the audience? The leaflet describes it's silk as "Royal Thai Silk." This hints that the silk is somehow rare or valuable. It gets the audience's attention because it may appear good quality and valuable. In the text, it also mentions, "It has distinctive features that differentiate from other silks from China, India, Korea and Italy." This quote suggests that Thai silk is very unique. It tells us that Thai silk is something you don't find everyday, which also attracts people who enjoy fashion and culture.

Phuket Thailand itinerary
Have you ever wanted to visit a tropical place and just sit and relax under the hot sun? Maybe to get a gorgeous tan? Then Phuket is the perfect place to go to! Thailand itself, the land of smiles, is a place of hot temperature, astonishing culture and temples, and beautiful beaches. Out of all the provinces, Phuket is a must-go place, because it is one of the most tropical places in Thailand. The southern province has many beaches, markets, and many more, so here is a list of the many things you can do in Phuket Thailand! One of the attractions in Phuket is the Big Buddha. The Big Buddha is a massive and towering statue of the Buddha, as Buddhism is the main religion in Thailand. The Big Buddha sits high above the rest of Phuket. Underneath the Big Buddha, there are many other smaller statues, and you can learn more about the culture.
If you are looking for a place to relax, then you should visit some of Phuket's beaches. Phuket is quite tropical, and the beaches are a good place to swim at. Beaches like Freedom beach, Naiharn beach, or Kata beach are fine choices. At the beaches, it's easy to get tanned, ride a small boat or ski boat, surfing or just swimming at these breath-taking beaches.
If you love animals, then you should certainly play with the adorable elephants at the Elephant Sanctuary! There, you can play, shower and feed the cute and charming elephants. It's not common to have the opportunity to play with these tropical animals. The elephant is the national animal of Thailand after all.
A place that many love to go to, including Thais, is Phuket Town. Phuket town is a popular place in Phuket, where it is lined with cafes and restaurants. Phuket town is a marvelous place to go to, especially if you like taking walks and trying new foods. Phuket Town is also one of the many historic places in Phuket. In Phuket Town, other than cafes and restaurants, there are many street food restaurants where you can try appetizing, traditional Thai food. There are many known delicious Thai food, such as: Tom Yum Goong (spicy shrimp soup), Pad Thai (Thai-style fried noodles), Khao Pad (Thai fried rice), Tom Kha Kai (Thai chicken coconut soup), and much more.
In Phuket Town, there are also many attractions and unusual things there. In the middle of Phuket Town, there is a tall big clock, which quite looks familiar to the Big Ben. All around Phuket Town, it also is common to see artistic and abstract graffiti painted on walls. There are big, thorough murals, and there are smaller ones. Phuket Town is quite odd, but it is a must-go place!
Speaking of Thai food, you can take cooking classes! There are places in Phuket where you can learn to cook. Cooking classes are available, so you can learn how to cook Thai food. Instructors will help you learn to cook, cooking with Thai food is like tasting some Thai culture. Thai food will make you have a lot of appetite!

Culture Shock: The Vegetarian Festival
Thailand is a wonderful place. Many beautiful beaches, delicious food, interesting culture, but these differences from other cultures are shocking and unusual.
For example, the Vegetarian festival. The vegetarian festival is celebrated in China and Thailand on the 9th lunar month, around September or October. The vegetarian festival celebrates the 9 Chinese emperor gods, and the importance of not eating meat.
The activities of the Vegetarian Festival are meant to make you put the safety of your body in the hands of the gods, by harming yourself.
I kind have always been uncomfortable about the things Thai people do in the festival such as, stabbing swords, knives and other things through their cheeks and other body parts. They also would walk barefoot over a big pile of burning coal. I think they would also climb ladders with the steps as knives! Why would they harm themselves?! It also puzzles me that these things are completely normal for a festival. I can't imagine people willingly hurting themselves like this.
The vegetarian Festival has always been irregular, and will always make me wince. There are more atrocious practices, but I have grown to get a little used to these things. This is a normal part of Thai culture, so you will have to get familiar with it. Other than the Vegetarian Festival, Thailand has many other enjoyable festivals and celebrations

Travel blog intro
Hello lovely people its your local clown, Nad. This is an introduction to get to know me. I'll be blogging about my travels (mainly because our teacher made us) and telling you all about me. As you can see by my username, I indeed love the chillest animals on the planet, called, ✨Capybaras.✨ Capybaras are love. Capybaras are life. Plus, they are cute and super chill. My hobbies are, playing games I guess, music, art... and stuff. I don't know lol. I spend my 1/3 life sitting and staring at the wall with the Wii theme playing in the back of my head. Yes, sorry, if you talk to me, theres a 70% chance I zoned out and you will need to repeat what you said. According to the people who know me well, I'm 50% introverted and 50% extroverted. 🤨 I'm a dumb nerd who knows so much but knows so little. 👍 I will literally forget what 5+3 is but will also explain the concept of life, or make you question your life. I quit already but I used to (maybe still now 🤡) be obsessed with MBTI. 💀 *enfp clown energy inensifies* Now the places I've travelled to, were beautiful and (not🤡) very memorable (I have trash memory💀). I have many photos, but 99% of those photos taken by my mom who every 5 minutes, forced the whole family to take pictures. Taking pictures every 10 seconds was SO fun and it makes it very, very memorable 🥰😍.
My family and I don't travel much, and I've never been out of Asia. The only places I've set foot in are Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. Very fun lah 👏 (I have no vivid memory of being anywhere). Though I stayed here for a while, ฉันพูดภาษาไทยไม่ดี 🤡.
Because I haven't been to many places, I would love to travel to different countries, inside and outside Asia.
One place I'd love to go to is, England. In around October or November, my aunt is going to have her wedding with her British fiancé. My mom may go to her wedding in England, and sadly, it's likely I'm not going because it's ✨E X P E N S I V E✨. I would love to see old churches full of Victorian design, ride a double-decker bus, see the Big Ben and more.
Another place I would like to visit is, Japan. Japan is a beautiful place, and I heard that it's not like anything else. Their systems, styles and aesthetics are unique and beautiful. I also love the Sakura blooms there and their cute products.
(If you think this is the Eiffel tower, you have the IQ of a pebble 👏this👏is👏t o k y o👏)
I haven't been to enough places to be travel blogging, but here I am. 🤡 Thank you for reading my introduction. *bows prestigiously*
-Nadja
