He felt himself freeze at the growling. This… was the right place, wasn’t it?? Of course it was why would he forget something so simple??

The hairs on the back of his neck were at attention, standing straight up and out from his skin, his skin was clammy, a tiny, unbearably cold drop of sweat gliding down his back.  

Branches snapped, and soon Souji saw a ghastly figure staring down at him, a soft whisper that seemed to echo in the air.  Intruder…

Perhaps this was a bad idea after all.  “I-I’m sorry I’m…” he gulped, taking a large breath in order to calm himself.  “I’m looking for Sh-shi-shibui…I’m sorry perhaps I’m at the wrong place I didn’t m-mean to disturb you…”  

          his breath was calm while ears listened to the words of the other. shibui, he had heard of this name before. actually it felt pretty familiar while he repeated the name several times in his head. shrubbery moved as his huge appearance revealed itself right in front of the stranger’s eyes. young, actually too young to eat him right now. ❝what do you want from him?❞ the bony beast asked with a deep voice.

Due to more recent events, Abel started gearing up a little more than just the bare minimum when going out. A few necessary runes, the usual shadowhunter dark garb, but only one of his seraph blades, concealed and strapped to the small of his back. His glamour rune would easily hide himself and his weapon from human eyes… but everything else could easily take note of him.

A shiver runs up his spine, seeming to sense, but not quite spotting immediately what threat his intuition was leading him on to. The hunter’s gaze sweeps his immediate area, one hand reaching back to rest on the hilt of the seraph blade. The soft whisper of a thought, Nakir, brings it to life and it lights up with its divine energy.

          he stopped. his body held the current position like a frozen appearance. white smoke left the muzzle of the beast. this night was surely a cold one. sadly he had to admit that his own hesitation had caused the excape of his prey. pretty frustrated he got his old position back. bony head moved sidewards and to the direction where he had sensed the cause for all this mess. bloody eyes searched through the darkness of the street before they stopped to fix another subject of interest. this person was just going to take the place for the lost one. this time without any exception. for sure.

          why was he still here? looking at him like he was facing a beast shibui surely was during that moment. own eyes offered confusion since it was kinda hard to show any emotion with his bony appearance. ❝say–– something.❞ he demanded the younger. not in a rough more innocent and uneasy way because of the current situation.

It's been a while since he's seen Shibui, and the lights were on so he thought he'd be a bother. He said he liked people who were honest and could live with their selfishness and get what they wanted right?? Surely he wouldn't be to annoyed to see Souji.

         even if it was just the touch of a scent, he was able to catch it. whenever a being was entering his territory without asking, a light anger was growing deep within his throat. branches broke under the heavy appearance and before he stoppted to face the small shadow. ❝––intruder.❞ the word left him like a whisper, but loud enough to be noticed by the stranger.

Breath hitched; fear of the unknown, the spoke words that seemed chopped and different. Something had happened; maybe Shibui had been this Grimm longer than he needed to be. A monster yet a beautiful sight as his blue eyes took a moment to blink away tears. Don't be hurt. Shibui must be hurting too. So, so he nodded, moving a hand up to his face to rub away tears before they fell and eased his lashes shut. "Sorry... but; c-can I touch you?" Palms rose, showing off empty hands. "Please, Shib?"
