Hey babes remember to set reminders to pick up your prescriptions. I just spent almost 4 days going cold turkey off my lexapro because I forgot to pick up my refill on Friday. It messed up my sleep schedule and I felt tired and short tempered all weekend. I got my refill but now I have insomnia because of the sudden spike in serotonin in my system from getting back on my meds.
