I seriously have to start restricting instead of purging

The nurse said they'll let me leave the hospital but will need to run a blood test soon and I can't get admitted again.

They were on my ass for throwing up and suspected bulimia (rightfully so, but I lied to them and they're letting me leave again).

I really have to make sure I get enough nutrients in and drink electrolytes (they get lost when purging).

So the hardest part when I get released home is to stop purging and start restricting again.

I think that setting my limit at 1200 or 1000 calories is a good start. Scary, but I have to make sure I don't purge AT ALL.
