It's perfect for crunched time and it's easy to eat on the go. Halve a cinnamon raisin English muffin and throw it in the toaster. While it's toasting, slice half of a banana. When your English muffin is ready, spread on a thin layer of peanut butter and place your sliced bananas on top. Drizzle with low fat maple syrup and sprinkle on some cinnamon. Takes under five minutes! Don't skip breakfast this school year. Your body, attention span, energy levels, breath, and brain function will thank you! Always drink a glass of water in the morning too before school.
