Extensive research
I have spend the last days reading and watching a bunch of videos. I do not fully trust the few sources I started out with, and there are well-argumented claims against everything in this field. Nothing is as simple, as people present them to be, so I have to fact check a whole lot more before I start posting on here.

First post
I made this blog, to help me understand and remember what good nutrition is. Lately I have seen a lot of videos on the benefits of the vegan diet, so I would like to try and look deeper into them and see what all the fuzz is about. I am currently not vegan myself, but pescetarian (that is I eat vegetarian food + tuna salad once in a while).
I will dive into the research, the different opinions with focus on veganism here in the beginning. I also plan on diving into the benefits of Vitamin C at some point.
If you have any good literature, youtube videos or just want to write me, go ahead.
