sometimes i really have the sensation that i shifted???? like today i was doing the dishes and i just had this feeling about my dr like i’ve been there and i miss it immensely. i miss my s/o so much these days i even feel like crying when im listening to music that reminds me of him. i don’t have the memory of shifting but sometimes these emotions feel like i’ve actually been in my dr. this week i’ve been more intentional about shifting and been waking up every day in the middle of the night, for no apparent reason, no matter if i sleep late ou earlier. i hope im close too shift bc i can’t handle this i feel almost home sick which is so crazy.

How i (think) almost shifted without believing in shifting.

when people say that the least obsessed you are about shifting the easier it gets to actually shift was definitely not lying!!!

i remember back in 2022 when i had my first contact with shifting and found out about what it was, i didn’t really believe much in it and was very skeptical.

i was already pretty much into spiritually at the time and used to meditate sometimes. one day i remember trying to find a frequency video on youtube and i saw one that was a shifting subliminal to go to hogwarts. i curiously click on it and it was basically a frequency. i was like “whatever im just gonna listen to this while meditating” and so that’s what i did! nothing really happened. i meditated for a while and went about my day.

that night when i went to sleep, i just remember closing my eyes and wait for my mind to fall asleep. i have no idea how much time passed but i was in that state were im not exactly wake and not exactly sleeping. suddenly im seeing what looks like a tunnel of light and it feels like im going through it. there’s a lot of what looks like geometric shapes with different colors. it was so vivid!!!!

it was so crazy and then suddenly it just popped in my head the subliminal i had listened earlier and i got so scared of what would happen to me if i just stayed there for more time and i just opened my eyes.

it’s kinda crazy to me how this literally happened and still didn’t give shifting a second chance. i only got into it again in 2024. i feel like even tho i had that happening to me, the thought of shifting to a different reality and being able to choose what i want to live and who i want to become felt too good to be true and scary but i’m so happy shifting still came back to me. here i am now and im so grateful it found me again!!

i scripted a slow burn (not so slow bc i know im impatient) but every time i think about my dr and i think about my s/o i started stressing because the moment i lock eyes with him once i shift i think the slow burn can only extend for a month or LESS! all the effort and patience i put into shifting for him and i have to WAIT??? don’t think i can do it (it’s literally all my fault but im complaining) 😭

been waking up so many times in the middle of the night for no reason?? the last time it happened two days ago and i was like “am i in an alternate cr?” but i wasn’t really trying to find for any differences since i was also really sleepy but lately i’ve started seeing so many angel numbers especially since yesterday! and today it’s the second time i see posts talking about waking up in the middle of the night in a alternate cr. i’ve been feeling really connected and positive about shifting lately!!! SOON i’ll be in my dr and so does everyone reading this ‼️‼️‼️
