She invented insulating bricks using recycled materials that have substantially increased the efficiency of thermal power plants throughout the country.

The complex is North Korea’s premier petrochemical process complex and is a major producer of fertilizer, herbicides and polyethylene sheeting. Sodium carbonate is used mainly in the production of glass, soap and paper.
