B O O 👻 P A N E LL E T S🎉 . . . So, as today has been All Saints’ Day, Tots Sants, Todos los Santos, el día de los Muertos etc. And yesterday Halloween. . . I made a lettering animation mixing something typical from USA, where I live now and something typical from my home country, called “panellets. . . Panellets are tiny sweets made with almond flour, sugar, eggs, potato and pine nuts. We eat them in some parts of Spain during these days. . .In Catalonia, the Halloween Day we called it Castanyada, like Chesnut day, because we eat chesnuts, baked sweet potato and panellets. . .As I miss them, today I made some for the first time. B O N J O U R!!!! . French ☝🏽I know how to speak a little, but there is still a lot to learn. Where I grew up we were with a two hours driving to South France. My parents used to go to Perpignan’s Auchan to buy paté and other food to prepare our Xmas lunch.
