Ana wasn't always a child of sorrow after her accident. At least not while she and Luis spent some time together, in the months before he graduated and left for Paris. Here's a polaroid of one of their more carefree days. A rare glimpse of Ana's cheeky side.

"Trust the Science, They Said..." 🧪
Sometimes I just sit there and think how Luis must have felt when he realized what was actually happening around him… Just imagine what it must be like to think you've finally found peace, only to realize it was all a lie

Though still believing Leon has more motive than he lets on, Ana let him inside. Luis vouching for the mysterious American, Ana trusted her half brother despite him being all secretive about the whole situation himself.

Bonus: Leon trying to fix the leaky sink which had driven everybody crazy in the last few weeks. Luis is still too weak to attempt it himself and Ana is afraid of making things even worse.

Awkward ride. After they arrived in America and Leon had convinced his higher ups that Luis is more of use to everyone helping out in some lab with his knowledge instead of rotting in prison. After an extended stay in a hospital, of course.
